4 out of 5 eggsAmazing that 128GB can fit in something so small !!

Pros: Works very well in my HP Stream. HD Tune reports 60 MB/sec on this drive.

Cons: Didn't work as well as I had hoped for in my Nvidia Shield TV. I tried using as an internal drive, but during the conversion, Android reported that this drive was too slow, so I moved it over to my HP Stream instead.

Other Thoughts: I'd buy it again, not sure any of these microSD cards are very fast anyway. A good USB flash drive will probably work better for my Shield TV.

3 out of 5 eggsDoes what I paid for it to do. That isn't anything special or deserves WOW!

Pros: Cheapest 128GB SD card I found

Cons: Still expensive! A tiny piece of plastic with a bit of copper!

Other Thoughts: If you need 128GB storage on a SD card then I recommend this reliable low profile brand 'Team' SD card just on the basis being very expensive but the current least expensive to comparable more expensive branded SD cards currently on the market that do the same thing. I purchased 2 of these to expand storage on both my smart phone and my tablet and so far neither has failed. I rate 3 eggs just because of the price. Higher storage SD cards should be much cheaper in my opinion but its all a game by manufacturers to charge what consumers are willing to pay and I guess I can't blame them.

5 out of 5 eggsEss Dee

Pros: Great amount of storage for a basic tablet. It reads, it writes, it stores!

Cons: None that I could find, aside from the transfer speeds, but nothing minus egg worthy.

5 out of 5 eggsCapacious

Pros: Good size; 126GB as reported by Ubuntu.

Cons: Slower than expected when using exFAT-FUSE on Ubuntu; sustained READ of 10.1MB/sec, write approx. 7MB/sec. Would probably be much faster under Windows.

Other Thoughts: I purchased two of these on sale, one for my phone and one for my dashcam. My phone was able to read its card out of the blister pack, but I haven't yet received the dashcam so I haven't tested the second card. I transferred all my files from the phone's 32GB FAT32 microSDHC card onto my laptop HDD, then from there to the exFAT-formatted card, and added more music files from 3 DVDs and a slew of desktop HDDs through eSATA. Read and write speeds were extremely slow, but since it was through Ubuntu--which doesn't natively support exFAT, and requires software to translate--this is expected. The card is natively readable through Windows and my phone, and will probably have higher throughput that way. I give it five stars since I haven't yet noted any issues with the product that would clearly indicate that the product itself is defective. If I test it in Windows and it's just as slow, then I'll modify the review accordingly.

5 out of 5 eggsA good value for a 128GB microSD card

Pros: Popped it into my phone and my phone recognized it instantly. It's been a month and it is still working.

5 out of 5 eggsSo Far So good

Pros: -great price
-OTG connector is AWESOME

Cons: -no so far

Other Thoughts: okay so my just arrived today and i immediately plugged it in through OTG connector and transferred everything from my 64gb to this 128gb one. transfer was addmitedly a little slow running about 8.6-8.9 MBs but i think that was just transferring from one micro sd to another. transferred some movies over to my phone and that transferred at about 17 or 18 MBs. Opened up PPSSPP and tried playing games and everything was good, movies as well

so far so good, i guess time will tell how well this holds up but i'm quite pleased at the price and how everything runs so far

5 out of 5 eggsCrystal Disk Mark Bench

Pros: Faster than advertised:

Sequential Read (Q= 32,T= 1) : 87.743 MB/s
Sequential Write (Q= 32,T= 1) : 32.874 MB/s
Random Read 4KiB (Q= 32,T= 1) : 4.888 MB/s [ 1193.4 IOPS]
Random Write 4KiB (Q= 32,T= 1) : 1.481 MB/s [ 361.6 IOPS]
Sequential Read (T= 1) : 88.296 MB/s
Sequential Write (T= 1) : 27.474 MB/s
Random Read 4KiB (Q= 1,T= 1) : 4.614 MB/s [ 1126.5 IOPS]
Random Write 4KiB (Q= 1,T= 1) : 1.343 MB/s [ 327.9 IOPS]

Cons: None as of this review.

Other Thoughts: Test Notes:

Fresh MicroSD card out of the package at default format.

Entry level W10 64 laptop (Atom class processor)

CrystalDiskMark 5.1.0 x64 at default settings

Transcend TS-RDF5K reader also available here in Newegg. I've read that it supposedly tops out at around 90MB/s. If it does, this reader may have topped out.

My initial impression is that this is a very fast card and is a great value on sale at ~$30 as of this date.
On a side note, I'm always pensive about how durable removable flash memory is but, we'll see how long this lasts. The lifetime warranty is a nice touch just in case things goes south.
