It features intelligent weighing presets for five food types: water, milk, flour, sugar, and oil. It accurately weighs your food ingredients with +/- 1g tolerance, and shows the result on the in-handle display in multiple units of g, ml, oz, cup, ct, or lb. It also monitors the temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius for a perfect food preparation. The 30-minute countdown allows accurate timing. The measuring cup can be detached from the handle for easy cleaning.

Accurate Measuring This digital measuring cup scale accurately measures the weight and temperature of your food ingredients, ensuring a perfect result for every recipe. It weighs items between 0- and 3000g with 1 g/ml/ct, 0.01 oz, 0.001 cup/b display resolution, and measures temperatures between -40 and -120°C with 0.1°C display resolution.

Other Thoughts: I bought this electronic measuring device to help me get the proper amount of oil in my car. The BM* doesn't have an oil dip stick, and I needed to get the proper amount of 6.9 quarts. I poured in 6 quarts and then measured out .9 or 14.4 oz. in the cup.
