Does not have to be rebooted . Cons: DOES NOT COME WITH ANTENNAS. I was unsure if it came with atennas when I bought it but luckily I had some around. It is designed for Air Max antennas so this is not really a con but it would have been nice if it was clearly stated somewhere. Other Thoughts: Had internet problems for years trying to get wireless over to a building on the ranch. This installed rather quickly and since I got it installed we have not dropped the connection. Pros: Easy to setup and once it is setup it just works. Does not have to be rebooted .

Cons: DOES NOT COME WITH ANTENNAS. I was unsure if it came with atennas when I bought it but luckily I had some around. It is designed for Air Max antennas so this is not really a con but it would have been nice if it was clearly stated somewhere.

Other Thoughts: Had internet problems for years trying to get wireless over to a building on the ranch. This installed rather quickly and since I got it installed we have not dropped the connection. The speed is very good as well.
