Pros: We use a lot of radios in our business. These are easy to configure and we haven't had any failures. I have put up to six 1.3 megapixel IP cameras on a single radio pair without any noticeable latency. Could probably accommodate more, I just haven't had the need.

Cons: The large diameter dish requires several inches of stand-off distance if the dish has to be angled. We have built stand-offs in the past, but it's cheaper and easier to just use universal wall-mount brackets that you typically find on residential satellite systems.

Other Thoughts: We have set these radios up as station-to-access point and fed several transmitter radios (stations) into a single receiver radio (access point) with as much as 45 degrees of variance and have not had any problems. Although we use these radios primarily for IP surveillance cameras, clients also like that it gives them the ability to extend their LAN to those remote locations simultaneously over the same radio pair.
