Cons: I left the kitchen, than my bird started screaming.... the STEAM and a large amount of water was spewing like a gusher over the counter; 3' radius.. It stopped when I shut it off. The cooker looks very good 4 me this would be perfect, new diet ,new cooker nice. UGH! The spray is spraying 4- 5 to 10 min; water everywhere in front of the stem hole. I payed so little its not worth the time to send it back. I want a credit on my card and a return call tag. Not to much to ask?? Please give my money back I need to get a SAFE rice cooker, way to much HOT Steam.
