3 out of 5 eggsFor short-period use only

Pros: - The chair does promote ergonomic sitting by forcing your lower back into a correct posture.

- The seat cushion is padded and comfortable, and I don't feel any screws while sitting on it like some lower-priced chairs after months of wearing down the seat padding.

- The kneeling cushion is also quite padded.

- The back rest is comfortable and quite wide so your shoulders don't hit the hard plastic sides that frame the mesh lining.

- The chair itself is quite sturdy, as the "frame" is constructed of a single piece connecting the kneeling pad and the seat.

Cons: - Sitting in this chair for long periods of time can be extremely difficult on my knees. The (only) angle which it promotes you to sit in is comfortable for a short while, but sitting in the chair for over 2 hours my knees begin to feel like I have arthritis at age 25.

- Getting out of the chair I more often than not have to take slowly if I've been sitting in it for a while due to my legs hurting from sitting in one position.

- I've had to tighten the screws on the kneeling pad a couple of times because moving your legs/knees around tends to cause loosening of the screws.

- Due to the sitting angle, the bar connecting the wheels to the seat frame has started to bend slightly, causing the stationary position of the chair to "lean" forward even more than was intended. For reference, I weigh 170 lbs.

- I have long legs and this chair makes it somewhat difficult to rest my feet as they hit the wheel-base at odd angles which can be uncomfortable.

- After months of use, I've noticed my left knee feeling more uncomfortable in even normal sitting positions. Whether this is due to the chair or not is uncertain, but it was not a problem before I started using this chair.

Other Thoughts: As a starting point into the line of ergonomic kneeling chairs available, the price feels slightly too high for a chair without many features to modify the position of the seat and kneeling pad.

I would recommend this chair for anyone looking for ergonomic back support who will also not be using the chair for longer than 20-30 minute periods at a time.

For those who are thinking of buying for extended use, I suggest looking elsewhere if you're unsure of how the sitting position may affect you.

5 out of 5 eggsSo far so good

Pros: I have a pinched nerve in my leg and sitting in a normal chair is quite painful. I can sit in this one for hours and get up with out pain in my leg. I have two of them (Bought through work account at Newegg and one from somewhere else)

Cons: Takes getting used to. At first I thought I would hate it but it grows on you after a while.

Other Thoughts: At 6'6" the chair is a little small for me but not bad and I like having the back on the chair. It seams to be easy on the back too.
