1 out of 5 eggsalso types gibberish

Pros: nice design

Cons: the replacement for the keyboard that types gibberish also types gibberish. Done with this one, trying another.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks as expected

Pros: Small, lightweight, trackpad and buttons work well.

Cons: Numlock on by default. This is a little annoying because you have to remember to turn it on since several keys will type numbers or symbols instead of the expected letters.
Does NOT have two USB ports as pictured in one of the diagrams on this website and even in the manual. Very strange. I was disappointed it didn't have the USB ports I was expected.

Other Thoughts: Overall, for the price, it seems to work well so far. It is about what I expected and will work to supplement my HTPC remote when I need to occasionally type something.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for what it is

Pros: Cheap and performed as advertised. Tried first with a 4000+ AMD single core Asrock dual-SATA running XP, connected on first attempt and worked with few glitches. Then connected a FX4100 AMD ASRock Extreme 4 990FX Windows 7 64-bit with the same results. Plug and play both times.

Cons: It isn't back lit. Honestly it will disconnect from time to time if it is inactive however I am not sure how long the time is. I have tried various keys so far without success. A manual reconnect has not failed....yet. When I am using it for 10's of minutes or over an hour it has never disconnected.

Other Thoughts: It is "small" and definitely is lacking in mass. I like both some may not.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Does it's job. Using it as a remote for a HTPC.
Keys have a nice feel.
TrackPad is responsive.
It's very light weight - I put some Velcro on the back & have it mounted to the side of my entertainment center!

Cons: The receiver is a little under powered. If it's plugged in the back of your PC, the signal cuts out about 4-5feet away. (See other thoughts)
Feels fragile, but time will tell on that.
Trackpad area doesn't have any type of scrolling capability.

Other Thoughts: I had a 5' USB extension cable that I routed to the top of my entertainment center & plugged the receiver into that - now I have reception all the way across my living room!
Does take a couple seconds for it to link up, but nothing I'd take any eggs off for.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Little Media PC Combo

Pros: This is a great remote keyboard/trackpad for my media PC in the living room. It's simple, compact, and has freed me from using the on-screen keyboard.

Cons: Keep in mind that this is not a viable replacement for a desktop computer. You will not want to write an essay with this keyboard, it's not designed for that. The keys are way too small for actual typing. Think of it like a Qwerty keyboard on a phone. Just peck at it when you need to.

5 out of 5 eggsNice mini keyboard/mouse combo

Pros: - Light
- Small footprint
- Nice design and key layout
- Keys depress with a nice depth and solid movement
- Touch pad mouse is small, but surprisingly useable
- Can turn it off when not needed
- Connects quickly on wake up or when you turn it on
- Brilliant size for HTPC – No longer need a mouse and keyboard lying around
- Very small USB transmitter
Perfect for HTPC, since you don’t have to type all that much. I'm probably going to buy another to use on my downstairs HTPC.

Cons: - Not really meant to be a full keyboard replacement. Don't expect to use this as a "work" keyboard or full-time keyboard.
- Would be nice to have a couple of Media Center keys, but not worth taking an egg away.

Other Thoughts: I'd definitely recommend this keyboard - for the price, size, usage... it is exactly what I wanted for HTPC. Might even be good for a tablet or "remote" laptop.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Iterm

Pros: Small
Lightweight
Key placement is great
Connects easily to your computer
Has an on/off switch

Cons: It is small. Not something I would use myself since i have large hands and fingers but its perfect for my girlfriends hands.

Other Thoughts: So far its a worthy buy. No problems or issues at all. Great to use when hooking up an HDMI to your laptop and watching videos from afar. Only issue is its for smaller handed persons. Other than that, great buy.
