3 out of 5 eggsUpdate of Previous Review

Pros: - Decent sound for $10.
- Semi-Comfortable Fit
- True Stereo
- Sensitive mic.
- Included adapter will allow you to use this with a computer, you can also use it with a tablet or other device.

Cons: - No sound insulation, mic will pick up some headphone sound.
- Mic looks adjustable, but feels like it would break if I played with it to much.
- Mute buttons does not work.
- Volume can be low at times depending on mixing.
- Adapter is trash.

Other Thoughts: This is an update to my previous review:

After a great amount of effort, I was able to get these to work reliably. The adapter they send presents a couple of problems. First, it is junk. The connection is very sensitive, and you will find yourself experiencing left/right problems. It takes some fiddling and getting it into the right position. I eventually spliced and terminated it myself.

If you get your sound device playing back into your mic...

You will also be spending some time in you HD Audio Manager setting this up correctly. You will want to mute the microphone on the playback device, and make sure if you are using Team Speak, to set both playback and the mic to "default devices".

Even then, whoever you are talking to is going to faintly hear whatever you are listening to. These things bleed sound and the mic is very sensitive.

The overall value is very high. You are paying $10 (at time of writing) for the headphones, shipping is free. I am still giving it 3 eggs, even in my updated review, due to the amount of trouble I had to go through to get these to work. Four hours of my time is worth more than $10.

1 out of 5 eggsGet what you pay for.

Pros: Cheap, arrived quickly.
Ok sound when it worked.

Cons: Highest volume setting not very loud.

Right/Left speaker started going out after one day. I suspect the connection to the PC.

4 out of 5 eggsPrice vs Quality Good

Pros: The 6ft cord length is excellent and the sound quality is very good for an inexpensive head set. The headset as a volume control to allow easy +/- volume setting. I have used the mic on Skype several time an no one has completed so far about the sound quality or volume. Comfortable and light weight make this a $$ bang for the buck item.

Cons: The 6tf cord must be unshielded because it constantly coils no matter what I do. If you plug it in and just it down after a short time you will see it start to coil up. It seems to have no effect on performance but is it amazing to watch.

Other Thoughts: For the price it is worth the pocket change.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat lightweight headset

Pros: Lightweight: Purchased because current headphones ($62) have pressure against my large ear. When I want to use just microphone, they are heavy around my neck.
This headphone is lightweight and comfortable, the mic is clear I use for gaming.

I am just purchasing my third, first one went to friend other went to vacuum by wife.

Cons: None: Great price, good sound quality.
