Pros: Amp did not work. Michael took charge of the situation and spoke with me on the phone and kept his word on everything that he said he would do. He resolved the issue EXTREMELY QUICKLY once everyone was on the same page.

Cons: Mis communication (We were in the damage area of the hurricane and phones/cellphones were not working properly at this time). If we had been able to speak much sooner problem would of been resolved sooner. Michael is an extremly stand up guy who kept to his word.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely purchase from again. They don't make the products they only sell them and be a computer designer myself I understand this. Communication is definitely the key!

Pros: Very good sounding amp for the price. My speakers sound so much better than with my old amp. I hear sounds in the music that I never noticed before. Good sounds, that is!

Pros: This is a very nice Amp for the price and works well with my new JVC head unit. This is the cleanest and best sounding amp I have ever owned. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sounding amp at a reasonable price.

Other Thoughts: I never knew how great my speakers could sound until I installed this amp!
