5 out of 5 eggsWOW

Pros: I ordered a pair for a CAD station. Was a bit apprehensive because they are a Korean made off brand. They were ordered on the 2nd and at my office on the 4th. Free shipping! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the picture. No dead pixels, good color Very Nice!

Cons: If you have a display port on your video, you MUST use a dual link, single link will NOT work. There is no real color or brightness adjustments on the monitor. You have On/OFF and volume Up/Down. But this was not an issue because it looked so good. Plus the manual is in Korean, my Korean no so good :). The base is a bit wobbly, but no big deal,. It works fine.

Other Thoughts: I would highly recommend this monitor, you will not be disappointed.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Resolution is great and provides a great deal of screen real-estate.

Cons: For those inside USA it comes with a European wall plug and an adapter for USA receptacles. Works fine just takes up a bit more space on a surge protector.

Other Thoughts: 100% worth the money. I plan on eventually buying a second. Perfect size and resolution... Great display.

4 out of 5 eggsWonderful for the price

Pros: Beautiful display
No dead pixels (as far as I can tell)
Overclocked to a stable 110Hz
Not a single scuff on the packaging after being shipped from Korea to the Southwest US.

Cons: Stand isn't so great, but not as bad as I expected it to be.
The top part of the frame had separated a bit, but I was able to push it back together without an issue.
Speakers aren't great

Other Thoughts: All of the cons for this monitor seem to be pretty much par for the course with Korean monitors. I really love this display and I cant find a single dead pixel (in reality theyre probably there but i just cant find them). The picture and colors are perfect, I have no backlight bleed, and with a little tweaking I was able to OC it to 110Hz.

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding

Pros: Very good high resolution 27" monitor for under $300. Was worried about shipping from South Korea. Ordered on the 2nd and was delivered the 6th!! It takes longer for shipments from California! Good color, no dead pixels.

Cons: If using dual monitors, make sure you order a dual link display port to DVI adapter. Single link WILL NOT work. All documentation is Korean. You better brush up on reading Korean :). No big deal, its a monitor, plug and play.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -No dead pixels (in my case)
-Overclocked to 110hz no problem
-dat resolution
-very light (for monitor arms)

Cons: -VESA holes are not deep (i had to get 4 or 5 small washers per screw so I could mount it to my monitor arm properly).
-OSD is nonexistent

My monitor came with a bit of industrial adhesive stuck to the front bezel. I took acetone and wd40 to it but it doesnt really come off. Hardly noticable and not actually a big deal.

Other Thoughts: I've been debating whether to buy a cheap korean ips monitor for over a year. I was worried that there would be dead pixels, or terrible backlight bleed or some other fault that will make it unusable. To my surprise I booted the monitor up, did a few tests and it is almost perfect. The backlight is a bit uneven, but I can only notice it when all the lights are off at night against a pure black screen.

I was debating whether to get the Acer XB270HU, but at $800 its way too expensive. Id rather have 3 of these than 1 XB270HU, and at $290, 3 of these monitors is about the same as the Acer.

I'll probably end up buying another one of these for my 2nd monitor. I'm using a 1080p monitor at the same time and the difference is astounding. 1080p looks gigantic and blocky and pixely, while this QNIX is sharp and stunning.

Highly recommended.

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad, actually very nice

Pros: 2560x1440 resolution at a low price. The picture quality is very good for such a low cost monitor. Works great with AutoCAD

Cons: instructions written in Korean, no big deal, really don't need them anyway. My video card has one DVI and three display port. If connecting two monitors you MUST use a dual-link DVI-D adapter, single link will NOT work.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent buy

Pros: Awesome size, no dead pixels, fabulous price

Cons: The stand sucks, but it just takes a few minutes to mess with it to get it to your liking.

Other Thoughts: Get one!

5 out of 5 eggsDollar for Dollar... Great Deal!!

Pros: Super Fast Shipping. Ordered on Friday afternoon with about 5 other items. Received it Tuesday. That's 2.5 business days! Mine came from Texas so even though its a Korean product they are warehousing them here in the USA.

Ran a pixel test, no dead pixels. Looks awesome. Had to increase the text size in Windows it made it a bit to hard to read for me.

Cons: Slight back light bleed in the bottom corner. Its not bad enough to knock off an egg, its really only noticeable on a completely black screen and you have to look for it.

The power cable it came with had a Euro plug with a US adapter. some people commented that was an issue. I just used an old power cable instead worked like a charm.

The adjustment buttons are very simplistic. However when I compared the stock settings to the Monitor adjustment pages I was surprised to see that not much adjusting was needed.

Other Thoughts: Not really a Con, but the DVI cable from my old computer would not work with this monitor I was just getting a weird color cycle instead of my desktop. I really thought I received a bad monitor. I decided to try the DVI cable that came with the Monitor (which seems a little shorter than standard.) And that fixed it.

I have had a lot of luck with off brand monitors in the past and I am glad I gave this one a try. So far so good. I would recommend this product to a friend. The name brand equivalents are twice as much. I think a lot of these panels are made in the same factory in China and shipped all over the world for different companies to put their wrappers on them. Plain wrapper but awesome eye candy!!!

4 out of 5 eggsQnix review

Pros: This monitor looks great it overclock very well on my Gtx 770 i overclocked this monitor to exactly100hz and no problems.

Cons: Now i did have problem with the power brick and the monitor clicking on and off because the USA adapter is very cheap and i had to zip tie it down. Also all my buttons dont work except my powers button so i guess i got lucky.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Picture, but a couple minor issues

Pros: Absolutely Beautiful resolution, color, and saturation. I use a Macbook Pro Retina display 13" with this monitor and at the highest resolution, this monitor rivals my laptop screen. Matte finish prevents background reflection nicely. Tilt screen is nice as well. Fast delivery - received the monitor just a few days after ordering.

Cons: Initially plugged it into my Macbook Pro (2013) with just the thunderbolt connection - no response at all from the monitor. Some digging around on the internet prompted me to purchase the Mini-DP dual Link Adapter from the Apple Store, and then the monitor worked immediately.

Occasionally, this monitor will wake up from sleep with the picture filled with static snow flakes. Turning the monitor off and back on seems to take care of this issue. Not major enough for me to want to return it.

Other Thoughts: Information concerning the need for dual-link connectors for Macbooks would have been appreciated in the specs. Dual-link runs about 100$.

No English instructions included, but not really necessary.

Additional buttons at the bottom are fake - I suspect they purchased these monitor cases in bulk and the additional buttons just don't apply here.

The occasional snowflake static IS slightly troubling, but so far easily fixed.
