Seller is 1saleaday. Filed a claim to them through email, I am hoping that I have no difficulty getting this problem resolved. Will modify my review if all goes well - but until then, seller and item sold will receive 2 stars. I have never had a problem with not getting items as indicated - not even ordering off shadier sites in foreign countries. Will take this matter up as far as it needs to go. Pros: onsale for 15 bucks! no joke. i bought 3 sets. 2 for me and one for my sister. the screen protectors are a pain to get on! but i bet thats the same for any protector. the case is really neat, docking station is okay but really wish it came with the one that has hdmi on it, the backs are a plus becasue mine was broke from falling off bed, and i love having the extra charger for travel. now the batteries i cant comment on cause i havent used them i just hope they are good, the shipping time was decent took a week, kinda ticked that the box i got was all smashed up and half way open! nothing was damaged but i swear its like they just tossed it around during shipment! ( i know its not your fault newegg you guys ship above expectations) but seriously my box wasnt even a box lol, thanks newegg and 1aday Cons: dock with hdmi??
