Pros: Very well build, low profile, works perfectly and reliably.

Cons: Very noisy at full speed when the processor works at 100% load. Obviously may not be important if the computer is off site.

Pros: looks well made

Cons: does not fit the supermicro motherboard for LGA 2011-3 (Xeon E5-2600) as a rectangular, not a square cooler is needed

Pros: Works like a charm, even for higher end dual Xeon setup. Temps around 150F under load.
