Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter

Pros: Been looking for cheap OTG adaptors, and these ones fit the bill. The L shaped bend at the micro usb side fits well on my Nexus 7 and keeps whatever I'm plugging into the adapter out of the way. I have used mine to hook my PS3 Duelshock controller to my Nexus without needing to root the tablet. Works great on many controller supported Android games, and also for game emulators. I have also used the adapter to hook a small usb keyboard to my Nexus 7 so that I could write documents on the go faster.

Cons: While this isn't the product's fault, not all Android devices support OTG adaptors. My Nexus tablet does, my Droid Incredible doesn't, so if you aren't sure if your Android phone or tablet supports OTG adaptors, do some research before you buy. Also for your device to make use of portable storage, such as flash drives, you will need to root your device.

Other Thoughts: Great product, good quality, affordable, and works as advertised, just make sure your devices support the OTG adaptor. Google searches, contacting the manufacturer, or XDA forums should be able to help you out on that.

Other Thoughts: plug the usb device into the cable BEFORE plugging it into your tablet/phone.

Cons: Cheap full size USB end tries to pull out when u unplug devices I didn't want the one with the micro L shape but got it

Pros: Short length keeps stuff tidy, strong cable. Great price. I would recommend this to a friend* (see cons below for explaining).

Cons: HOWEVER, I didn't realize the tablet I was buying this for, had the jack a certain way. With this adapter plugged into my tablet, it covers the mini-HDMI port. I needed the plug to rotate 180 degrees! If you aren't sure about the orientation of this in relationship to your device; get a straight one

Other Thoughts: If I had realized how easy it was to make one of these, I would not have bothered to spend to $4.

Pros: It has the connections i need.

Cons: Had an internal break at one of the connectors when I got it. Not worth paying shipping to return, waste of $4.

Pros: It's an adapter and works. Relatively easy to plug it into my nexus 7.

Cons: I personally don't like the angle which you plug in the adapter. I would rather have the adapter wrap behind than to stick upwards while I'm holding my nexus in landscape mode.

Other Thoughts: May just be my USB, but sometimes it disconnects randomly. Whenever I put in a keyboard, it seems to work perfectly fine.

Pros: This thing doesn't feel like it will break. It works well. It does everything it should. You should buy this one if you need this kind of USB dongle/adapter.

Pros: Needed it for tablet, it works and is of decent quality.

Cons: Cable is much shorter than I would like.

Pros: Does the job. Doesn't seem flimsy to me!

Pros: I was able to connect a USB flashdrive, keyboard, and even an xbox controller to my Galaxy S III

Cons: Seems cheaply made. When I plugged in my keyboard it was a very tight fit and while it worked fine when I went to unplug the keyboard the port started to separate from the plastic cable.

Other Thoughts: Overall it works great. If you're just looking for a cable that works you won't be disappointed, but if you're looking for something sturdy this might not be the right cable for you.
