They charged the battery before shipping it but after using it for about a couple of hours, it died and wouldn't charge. Other Thoughts: It's no small task to take out the battery in the 3GS and then after I replaced the battery, it was such a pain to have to replace this battery again because it wouldn't charge. Pros: Looks like the right part.

Cons: DOA. They charged the battery before shipping it but after using it for about a couple of hours, it died and wouldn't charge.

Other Thoughts: It's no small task to take out the battery in the 3GS and then after I replaced the battery, it was such a pain to have to replace this battery again because it wouldn't charge. Third-party parts from China are as dependable as a 74 Pinto. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
