Pros: None unfortunately. wrong product.

Cons: Ordered an i phone 4 battery and I received a battery for a 3gs. I figured since some parts are universal and it might work. But unfortunately it doesn't come with the right Torx screw driver to open the iPhone so I had to order one. By the time it arrived it was too late to return the 3gs battery. So i'm out of luck on that deal. what a scam.

Cons: To put it simply, this product doesn't work. Unfortunately, I waited too long to install it so I can no longer return or exchange it. I tried multiple times to install this battery, let it charge, and power up my phone. A couple times I was able power up the phone (while plugged in) but it would instantly shut off as soon as it booted up. I would then install my old battery and the phone would fire right up. Then I went back and installed this battery again, let it charge for an hour, and still nothing. I went through this process a few times to make sure I wasn't crazy, and to make sure it was this new battery that was at fault. Additionally, the tools that come with it are junk. The screwdriver doesn't fit well and after swapping the battery out a few times the philips head was stripped. The green prying tool is made of very brittle plastic and little pieces would break off every time I used it.
