2 out of 5 eggsVery upset

Pros: Received the battery and charger within 4 days which was to be expected.

Cons: I have purchased around 5 products from Newegg, all have been excellent quality and good customer service which is why I choose this company for my electronic needs. My battery came with about 50% charge and immediately went to charge it to get it to 100%. Once I disconnected it, it kept showing the battery symbol showing a "charge" symbol even though it was clearly not plugged in. So I turned off my phone and then turned it back on and this time there was a question mark in the battery logo on top of the notification bar. I looked up this problem on the android forums and everyone on multiple websites had agreed that it was due to a faulty battery. Awesome.
