Pros: Works well as a Bluetooth Headset with phones, ergonomic, well designed cradle and carrying case.

Cons: Software is awful, PC VOIP recipients reported progressively increasing line noise which made calls longer than 5 minutes impossible. While it will connect to the PC as a generic Bluetooth device, audio quality will be garbled unless you use their proprietary UM receiver dongle. There is no obvious reason for this since it can pair flawlessly with phone with no problems. PC software installs custom plugins for software like Skype and Lync rather than working across the board as a generic audio device. Although it can be mounted as a generic PC microphone, if you do this the microphone will not work unless you push the call button. Unfortunately there is no visual or audio indicator to tell when the mic is on or not other than a led on the proprietary dongle, which is usually invisible if plugged in to the back of the PC. Generic audio playback through the headset does not work at all in several applications (such as Mumble).

Net: The device doesn't "Just-Work" as a PC Bluetooth audio communication device without buggy proprietary software and a buggy proprietary dongle. The device also can't produce reliable audio output over a long period of time (is clear initially, then degenerates into static).

Also, after leaving the device in the charging cradle for a week (the fully charged light was visible), the device only reported 15 minutes of battery available. However when I placed it back in the cradle for another 2 hours, it then reported 6 hours of battery available. Seems like there may also be some buggy charging firmware.

Other Thoughts: There were just so many issues with this product that it was simply unfit for the purpose of a PC headset, so I have returned it as defective.

Pros: The headset works very well. No complaints about hearing me clearly and I typically use it in the car.

- the recharging case charges while I am driving, then the case recharges the headset when I am not.

Pros: Great battery life. Android market has software that shows charge level. I have owned 2 of these, excellent noise reduction.

Cons: After about a year, both of mine have had issues where they disconnect for no reason.

I paid extra for 3 day shipping and took couple of hours with support person. Send pictures of Packing list including product picture, it will take 5-7 days from internal system to resolve this issue.
