The tracking is amazing when it works, and the comfort in a larger hand is unmatched. When it was working, this is my favorite mouse of all time. Cons: The driver software and firmware updates are absolutely terrible, and make the mouse unusable. After having it working for about a month, it quit tracking completely. Mouse buttons respond, but tracking does not. After communicating with support, I received the same response of "Flash firmware, reinstall drivers" which does not work. I had the EXACT SAME ISSUE, with two of these mice, and support continues to put the burden of trying to fix it on the customer instead of fixing their ultimately flawed driver/product. Many google searches turn up the same issue for many people. Other Thoughts: Support was ultimately unhelpful. This was very frustrating considering this mouse costs more than 100 dollars, and fails very quickly.
