Pros: Headphones feel great, but without the amplifier they are missing a huge part of what made this a great purchase.

Cons: Seeing as how they were listed with amplifier and not getting one in the box when they arrived, I'd say this was a terrible buy, but it is not my fault they weren't in the box when the listing has them included.

Other Thoughts: Stay away from this seller. I initially heard that they were talking with their warehouse manager to find the missing amplifier. It has now been more than 30 days and I have emails going to both the seller and Newegg to see if someone will help resolve this with me. What a fiasco! Shady business

Pros: Comfortable headset, really nice sound controller. Easy instructions, comes with stickers of turtle beach. They fell once on the floor from a 75 cm approx, and nothing happened to them. They havent snapped or break, like my last weird headset( not turtlebeach). The wire connected straight to the sound controller is so long, that it's good if you play far away on your Console. And even better, there is a strap that can just fold the wires together so you dont have a wire under the weels of your chair.

Cons: The wire sometimes keeps on spining when I take off the headset and when I put them on. But, it's just on how I take them off

Pros: Basically, if you need good gaming sound, you should go for these. The controller is super helpfull.

Cons: As I'm starting to understand more about sound, sometimes when I'm listening to music with these, it can be better quality but you have to really know sound to have this gripe.

Other Thoughts: Very good for the price and the sound controller that comes with it, is a nice add-on. The reason I knocked off one egg was because when I listen to music, the quality sometimes isn't perfect but it's hard to catch.

Pros: Works great on my PC. The online manual gave clear and easy instructions on how to use the separate volume controls. While playing League of Legends, I can adjust the game volume, or adjust the Skype volume separately.

The gain on the mic is adjustable, the higher setting picks up background voices too, while the lower setting picks up only my voice. Also has a handy mute switch.

As a bonus, it has a monitor volume that you can turn up to hear exactly what you're transmitting and then turn down so you don't have to hear your own voice!

Cons: Just a cosmetic one, on the inside of the left earpiece, the picture is upside down; tried to see if it would pop off easily to turn it around, but it's clearly made to not come apart. Not really a big deal since most people hardly see the inside anyway.

Other Thoughts: It's a really good buy for your money. As my first decent gaming headset, I'm glad I didn't go for the cheaper models that weren't nearly as good. I can't compare to the $300 ones, but this is a good affordable headset to start with.
