Cons: Sometimes the device un pairs from the phone, but I think that may be an adapter issue. Other Thoughts: I would recommend this headset to users of Yealink phones. I have a mulit-line office phone and wanted something where I could leave my deks with the headset on and still be aware of incoming calls. I cannot always hear incoming calls if the primary line is being used - this is just how our system is set up.
