Bought few of those for my warehouse workers who work on mobile computer carts, they are very happy and so am I.

Pros: great door stop

Cons: first one RMA'd, second one worked for ~10mins and now I'm speaking with newegg to try and get the second one RMA'd. 2/2 don't work, not a good track record.

Other Thoughts: I will never purchase another Optimus product as long as they're producing garbage like this.

Pros: the second one I got after the first one RMA'd worked for at least 10 minutes.

Cons: the first one I got didn't work at all, but then the second one totally redeemed itself by working. . . . for ~10 mins before it died. I would've paid more in return shipping than I did for the product itself had newegg not stood behind the stuff they sell. Thank you newegg, but screw optimus. Optimus had a great idea for an efficient low watt heater, but can't seem to perfect the art of making it actually work, or quality control apparently.

Other Thoughts: I will never buy another optimus product again. I understand the first one could've just been a fluke and gotten past quality control, no big deal. When the second one can't seem to last 10 minutes, that's ridiculous. I want a nice low wattage heater that's gonna last years, that just seems to be too much to ask of Optimus.
