5 out of 5 eggsBest Available imho

Pros: Slim functional design, plenty of outlets, plenty of protection, great quality.

Cons: After 10 months of training it still won't bring me my coffee.

Other Thoughts: Honestly, after trying most the major brands, the only one I'll order from for surge protection is Belkin.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks as advertised

Pros: *Looks good
*cheap
*Didn't know it had a cable management feature saw that when i opened it up though I don't use it
*sliding protectors for the outlets you're not using

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Don't really know if it will protect against a surge and hopefully never have to find out so don't know if it pulls through in the clincher

5 out of 5 eggs40+ working great

Pros: - Great cord length
- Nice, wide base makes it lay flat on the floor nicely
- Plenty of outlets
- Nice on/off LED
- Recessed switch makes it harder to accidentally kick off
- Reliable
- Looks great
- Good Price

Cons: - The included "cord organizer" is useless, IMO
- I wish it had one of those rotating plugs like some other Belkins do . . . would plug into the wall a bit nicer sometimes

Other Thoughts: I have more than forty of these (or their similar models) out in use and they are fantastic. Not a problem with a single one. They look good, work great, and are well-priced. Surge protectors with longer cords are usually way-overpriced, but these are very reasonable.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Great 12 foot cord, a little cumbersome but overall a great piece of equipment works well with all our office comps and printers replacing a lot of old plain power bars since we all got new computers we want to protect them all.

Cons: Cumbersome

1 out of 5 eggsWhat Happened?

Pros: Good aesthetics and layout.

Cons: Did not protect my electronics...

Other Thoughts: Had this for literally almost a week, computer was not even on and the power came on and off real quick ... a "surge" if you will. Went to use my computer and the power supply/ motherboard are shorted out. Awesome...

1 out of 5 eggsSpecs are misrepresented

Pros: Many pros including the illusion of good surge protection. All around very good item EXCEPT for critical misrepresentation explained below.

Cons: The clamping voltage displayed by Newegg and Belkin is 330V. This is wrong and misleading and is also one of the most critical specs. The clamping voltage on this unit which is molded into the unit is 400V or 500V depending on the scenario. NOT the necessary 330 Volts which is claimed in the product description. This is like selling an automobile with a V8 engine except - whoops - it actually has a 6 cyclinder. Or a more aptly - like a bulletproof kevlar vest that only protects against ping pong balls.

Other Thoughts: Belkin and Newegg should correct this error and notify purchasers and offer to replace with a unit that complies with the product description.

5 out of 5 eggsEggcellent

Pros: Child Safety Feature!!
12' cord

Cons: ...12' cord

Other Thoughts: This is replacing a 10+ years old model which I do not have the receipt for. 2 members of my family have lost electronics equipment (1 PC and the other a 40" LCD TV) to power surges but the "Guarante's" from the no-name surge protectors did them no good because they had no proof of purchase.

Combined with an Active PFC PSU, this is the most important factor in maintaining electronics equipment.
