The Tripp Lite PDUMH20HVATNET 200-240V 16A Switched, Metered PDU system with Automatic Transfer Switching (ATS) offers 8 switched C13 outlets and 2 unswitched C19 outlets, plus a digital display to indicate total connected equipment power consumption level in amps. Switched outlets are factory programmed for sequential turn-on at 250 millisecond intervals when the PDU is first energized to prevent inrush-related equipment interaction on startup. Offers individual outlet control to power on, off, or cycle AC output to regain control of locked-up servers and other network devices. Programmable load ramping and shedding enables user-configurable startup and shutdown sequences, including UPS load management to automatically increase runtime for the most critical connected items by shutting down less critical items at user-determined intervals.
Integrated ATS provides a redundant power option for networking and server applications with non-redundant internal power supplies. When both the PRIMARY and SECONDARY C20 inlets are connected to two separate building circuits, UPS systems or other power sources, the PDU automatically will provide ATS protection to connected loads. In ATS mode, the PDU will normally maintain continuous output to all outlets as derived from the primary C20 input cable. If the primary power source becomes unstable or fails altogether in relation to the secondary, the ATS will switch over to the secondary power source until the primary input is restored and stable. ATS functionality with 2-5 millisecond transfer time is supported by any two compatible 200-240V AC power sources, regardless of phase angle, to offer support for a variety of unique redundant power applications.
Enables fault tolerant hot-swappable UPS protection when used with a single UPS and fully redundant UPS protection when each cord is connected to a separate UPS system. In a two-UPS environment, the primary input cable must be supported by a full time sine wave online UPS. ATS configurations utilizing separate mains circuits, backup generators and even separate utility power grid feeds are fully supported. On-board ATS processor constantly evaluates power quality on both input sources to prevent transfer to the secondary source when unavailable or of lower quality than the primary source. Front input LED display primary and secondary power availability.
High Performance Featuring 8 C13 switched outlets, 2 unswitched C19 outlets and the advanced Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) technology, the Tripp Lite PDUMH20HVATNET provides superior power distribution performance.
Flexible Inlets The 2 built-in C20 inlets supports a variety of user-supplied cordset and the connection to Primary and optional Secondary power sources.
Remote Interface Built-in web/network monitoring card enables remote power monitoring and programmable or real-time outlet control. Remote interface displays status of input power, load capacity and outlet power status via secure network or web browser interface.
Network Hardware Protection The ATS function enables setup for hot-swappable UPS maintenance bypass, dual UPS protection or dual AC input redundancy for critical single-corded network hardware, and the individually controlled outlets provide load management power control to networked equipment, delivering maximum protection for the network devices.
Inrush Prevention The Tripp Lite PDUMH20HVATNET features sequential outlet turn on to eliminate power up in-rush of connected devices on initial start-up.
