4 out of 5 eggsVery good budget mobo

Pros: - Outstanding price point @ $54
- Better performance than I would have expected
- decent BIOS options

Cons: - Not as robust as some more expensive mobos
- A little crowded (but what do you expect from micro ATX)

Other Thoughts: Overall, I've been pleasantly surprised by this guy. Packs good performance into a low cost mobo. I've never used gigabyte boards before, but considering the quality and value I got from this one, I think my next gaming build will include a Gigabyte board.

4 out of 5 eggsBarebones

Pros: Works as it should, relatively fast - lots of options in BIOS. And as I have come to expect, great Gigabyte quality.

Cons: Get used to the Gigabyte web site to download the manual if you need it. You only get a leaflet with the most basic of documentation. They dont even explode out the front switch panel settings jumper block for you. You do get the CD-ROM of drivers. Presumably the manual is there. I guess this is to reduce costs by not providing a printed manual.

Other Thoughts: You also get 2 sata cables and the case backplane I/O shield. Read before you buy, this is the most basic of motherboards and does not have USB3 or the faster 6 GB SATA. This is barebones and also not current technology. This has very specific purposes.

1 out of 5 eggsDefective out of box

Pros: Good price

Cons: onboard video defective out of the box. PCI-express wouldn't work either (or at least the video card I bought with it wouldn't work either). For the life of me, I couldn't get a signal to the monitor. Very disappointed.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Perfect durable MB that meets my needs. Running a Phenom II 555 with 8GB in a small case as 2nd game machine for friends to use when over and as a more portable machine to take with me when needed.

Cons: none

4 out of 5 eggsGREAT little motherboard

Pros: For 50 dollars this little motherboard is a steal. If you're looking for a small board to toss an AM3+ processor in and a graphics card for a budget gaming rig, its right here. Built sturdy. Installation was quick and painless, booted right up without a sweat. Bios is full of basic and advanced features for all types of builders. Works WELL.

Cons: Biggest con for me was that this board will NOT support the AMD FX-8350 processor. It does boot up and run, however it will stay clocked at 2.8 ghz instead of the blazing fast 4.0 ghz you're supposed to have. What a bummer. Really liked this little board too.

Other Thoughts: I hate to take one egg away from this motherboard, especially because of my own mistake, but its necessary for companies to make the processor compatibility a little more clear for builders of all levels of expertise. Still a great steal though, make sure your processor is supported and pick this up.

Pros: Lot of Sata ports
On/Off USB Feature

5 out of 5 eggsGOOD Board

Pros: - Ran right off the bat
- Bios features allow for decent voltage twerk-ing and overclocking
- Board stays cool
- I had no compatibility issues with anything that I plugged into this board (read in other thoughts to see what I paired with it)
- Bang for the buck on a low end gaming budget build

Cons: - No USB 3.0
- No Sata 3 6.0g/s

Its all good they are not featured with this board, otherwise the board would cost a good 30-40 bucks more.

Other Thoughts: This board was put into a budget build with a phenom2 x4 3.4 quad (stock fan), 8gb crucial ballistix ram, CM elite case with an extra 120mm multi-color fan, 1 samsung dvd multi burner, 1 500gb wd blue serious hdd, ati saphire 3d hd 6670 vid card and a 500w cooler master PS. Everything ran off the bat and the user is running borderlands 2, fallout new vegas and black ops with no hiccups.

4 out of 5 eggsGood board for price

Pros: The Motherboard is of a reasonable price range. It is a quick install process. Provides the extra screws to ensure the motherboard is able to held on with less stress.

Cons: It only has 2 slots for RAM, depending on the case and CPU fan attaching some plug in cables to the motherboard can be a pain.

Other Thoughts: Overall it seems to be a reasonable motherboard and for $40.00.
