4 out of 5 eggsEh

Pros: This went extremely well with my blue themed build. The build quality seems really good. Good specs with four memory slots for max 32 GB, USB 3.0, and other great things. It's great for the money

Cons: I really hate that this thing has only one fan connector. It's right next to four fans and I can only connect one fan to it (yes I know I can buy a fan hub, but I'm on a budget).

Other Thoughts: Overall really nice

1 out of 5 eggsWill die in less than a year with an 8230 CPU

Pros: Cheap price and good Brand name

Cons: It dies in less than a year. I purchase on 7-2-14 and now the LED lights up but will not power up on 5-21-14

2 out of 5 eggsWorked Great for a While

Pros: Can easily handle an FX 8230 at 4.7 GHZ (from my experience, at least)

Cons: No SATA 3

No USB 3.0 header

Will only stay on for a few minutes before crashing

Other Thoughts: It was a great mobo for a little over a year, then it began to have issues with staying on. I'll probably try to RMA it and put it in a cheap build

1 out of 5 eggsUnreliable

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Failed in less than a year. No POST even with everything removed. Terrible support. Website generates errors when you try to create a ticket. Phone support does not result in anyone answering the phone or an indication of how long the wait is. Online chat does not connect.

2 out of 5 eggsUSB3 ports do not work

Pros: Ok board.

Cons: USB 3 ports do not work, would stick to Gigabyte from now on. Also did not USB plug in pins for enclosure front USB 3 ports. Overall not happy, bought this for $10 rebate but not worth it.

3 out of 5 eggsLong in the tooth

Pros: Inexpensive and reliable.

Cons: No USB3 header for front case USB ports, no support for SATA 3, on board video (Radeon HD 3000) is okay for spreadsheets, but painfully slow for anything else.

Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for.

1 out of 5 eggsGet what you pay for.

Pros: Cheap. But you get what u pay for. I only use for people that wish me to build as cheap as possible. It will work, for awhile. Then next time they are willing to pay for something better.

Cons: Cheap. Also Rebate may be rejected even if you follow and provide everything asked for. Mine was rejected for not receiving invoice, which they did receive and even scanned into their online records!!! Too bad I can not give them 0 eggs, which I would do in this case!

Other Thoughts: I have more the 40+ years as an tech. While I no longer work for a living, I only build for people I know. And so I warn them that I could not recommend this board. 760 series are the bottom of the barrel, they are minimalist. 970 series are better buys for your dollars. Spend a little more money and get something better. In the long run you will be happy you did.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for light build

Pros: Good looking board
6 SATA slots, I'm only using 2
Good for a non overclocking low power cpu- I'm using a 95w Athlon quad and a low power 750 ti gpu
2 3.0 USB external

Cons: Lack of fan headers-only 2 on board

No USB 20 pin header. Purchased USB 2.0 9Pin Motherboard header to USB 3.0 20pin Female Adatper Cable

Cheap back-panel I/O template. When installing the motherboard it was a bit of a struggle to get it sat in the back-panel I/O template well. Had to bend, push, and all to the panel to get it to work. I've build a lot and have never had such a hard time.

no motherboard vrm heatsink. I read this after purchase. I installed some Forged Copper Heatsinks to help this not being an issue

Other Thoughts: I purchased this open boxed and had no issues that I had read about this in the reviews. Posted, loaded up win7, updated bios to 2001 easily, and all.

I read about some issues and purchased the heatsink and 2.0/3.0 usb cable. With that said the board cost me an extra money, where I could of just bought a board w/ vram heatsink and 3.0 header. But so far so good. Hope it stays alive
