4 out of 5 eggsFirst Nvidia

Pros: The size of this card is very reasonable for the performance it gives, this is by no means a behemoth. Runs cool and quite. Runs all my games at highest settings (Black ops, cod 4, BFBC2, etc). I am not familiar with Nvidia or Evga so only time will tell what the quality of these cards it. Over all pleased with the purchase.

Cons: Does not come with SLI connectors..Whattttttt??? What kind of company ships their higher end cards without an Sli connector.

Other Thoughts: Well there is one thing perplexing me, my windows experience score has not gone up at all in windows Aero, the gpu score is the same as it was with a HD 4870? but the games look and play much better so iam happy.

4 out of 5 eggsQuality Card

Pros: -Runs well under pressure
-Easily handles modern graphics at ultra-settings in recent games such as BF3 and Skyrim.
-30C Idle, <50C under load for hours of gaming.
-No issue with graphics lag or stuttering.
-No issues under continued heavy or normal use.
-Inexpensive for its capabilities and qualities.

Cons: -Isn't free.
-Didn't arrive at my front door moments after ordering.

Other Thoughts: I'm a bit strapped for cash at the moment, but I decided that I absolutely needed to upgrade from my hand-me-down 9800 GTX+. I wanted a good-performance and durable card that would SLI well, since I planned on having 3-way SLI in the future. From what I can tell from the reviews here, the specs, and my continued use of the 570, this card was the perfect choice for a quality price.

I would highly recommend this card for any avid gamers/poor college students like myself, especially if they plan to SLI in the future.

4 out of 5 eggsReally Nice Card

Pros: Nice size, much smaller that my old GTX 8800. Fits easily in my Cooler Master Storm Enforcer Case.

Runs Battlefield 3 Beta smooth as butter. Should get even better with the full version release.

Nvidia had a BF3 specific driver that loaded right up and ran nicely.

Love this card. Wanting to SLI a pair but will wait until their not $300!

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Card/DOA/missed rebate

Pros: Great running card. Runs everything full settings.

Cons: First one was DOA and took out my board with 3 hard drives.
The first one had lines running through the screen then 10 seconds later poof, smoked rolled out from my case and that was that. first time a card every fried other items.

Other Thoughts: Sent the card back and EVGA sent me replacement asap, so I can not argue about that. I understand bad parts do make it through so no biggie. Just wish it had not taken out my board and my drives.

Missed out on the rebate because my card was being RMA' Had to knock a egg for first DOA. overall great running card.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome card

Pros: - Super fast! I upgraded from a ATI 5870 and notice games play a few frames faster (Fraps). It plays about 10-15 frames faster.

- Even though this is a reference card, it still runs cool. At load, I was able to get it to about 65C playing battlefield 3 beta for a few hours. At idle its about 47C.

- I got about 30-40 fps on BF3. I am running a i7 860 (no overclock). No shuddering or slow downs. With my old 5870, I would get annoying studders.

- The card is quiet and I can barely hear it even when its at load. With my old 5970, I can hear the fan, and it was much much louder. This card is almost whisper quiet.

- The card is smaller in length than the reference models. This should fit in most mid-towers easily.

- No annoying "flash flicker" as I got with my old 5870. Whenever I played a flash video, my 5870 made my screen flicker. With the 570, it plays just normal, no flicker or studders.

Cons: - Which it came with a better game than the Batman game. Like Modern Warfare 3 or something.

Other Thoughts: I don't usually buy non-reference cards because some video card companies will skimp out on the PCB and fan just to sell the card a little cheaper. But EVGA has got a great reputation at making non-reference cards. They are so confident, they are selling this card with a lifetime warranty.

For anyone who is unfamilular with reference vs non-ref models, it means nVidia has laid out a guide on how to build these cards. Reference models usually instruct on beefier fans and more expensive parts. Companies usually carry at least 1 reference model but will have a few other non-reference ones. They are usually smaller and have cheaper materials. It doesn't mean the card is inferior or won't perform like the reference models, it just means the companies have chosen to build it that way to cut costs and make more profit. Reference models are more expensive, but quality is usually right on. However non-reference models from quality companies like EVGA are just as good as the reference models.

5 out of 5 eggsCard Great ... NewEgg and EVGA... not so much

Pros: Card is very quiet at load (compared to launch Sapphire 5870). NO fan whine, clicking or anything.
No issues with Skyrim or BF3.
A hair smaller than the 5870 so yay for case space.
Enough of a performance boost when turning on the eye candy (1920x1080, 24") that it was a worthy upgrade.

Cons: EXCEPT when it comes to the Arkham City promotion, which has since been stricken from the NewEgg site. When I ordered the card, it said plain as day FREE COPY OF ARKHAM CITY. That's why I bought EVGA over anyone else. Well, no code came.

I email EVGA, Community Assistant guy Rob says, "...EVGA has no codes to give." Even though it is plastered on their site. Fine.

I contact NewEgg, Catherine says, "Since the promotion has been expired, in this case, we are unable to provide you with this promotion at this moment." I unsuccessfully argue that it said I would get a copy, so I should get one.

I visit Nvidia's site and read this: "...purchase any qualifying NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560, or above graphics card and receive a coupon for one FREE download of the PC version of Batman: Arkham City! Free game code offer good from October 18, 2011 through September 30, 2012."

Other Thoughts: After striking out with two organizations I've sent a request to nVidia. You know what would have made this easier? Taking a screen shot of the page that said "free copy." Now I'm getting into he-said/she-said territory because I bought my card on the 6th.

How can it be limited when they are offering a game code until September of next year?!

Great card though, just don't bank on any bonuses coming with it.

5 out of 5 eggsEVGA does it again

Pros: Lifetime Warrenty
EVGA (I've bought 5 cards through them and not once have I had a bad one.)
Powerhouse Card (Running battlefield 3 on ultra 8x AA 4x MSAA on a 1680 x 1050 monitor with flying colors)
comes with great programs, a poster, and an awesome sticker you can place on your computer.

Cons: Paid more than I should of, but well worth it. Also doesn't make coffee/footrub/sandwiches etc etc

Other Thoughts: As I've mentioned before, EVGA is the go to company for video cards. I bought a prebuilt with a POWERCOLOR ATI card and let me tell you that was the worst mistake I've made in a while. It tears games up at higher settings without even a hiccup

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing GPU

Pros: Extremely fast and powerful card for the price.

Cons: Seems to run a little warm under heavy load, but simply increasing the fan speed with EVGA Precision keeps it at a maintainable level.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for a single card set up to run games like Skyrim and Battlefield 3 on Ultra settings, then this is the card for you. Also handles 3D modeling applications and sculpting applications with ease. This card can handle anything you throw at it (well, except for 1500 cheese wheels but 1200 is ok. Or 500k Polygons in Autodesk software but 425k is acceptable.) It has the power to last into the foreseeable future.

5 out of 5 eggsAll I can say is WOW

Pros: Great for gaming (60 FPS Skyrim on Ultra, 30 for Deus Ex)
Easy installation and setup.
Cool and quiet, even during gaming/benchmarks.

Cons: The thing is HUGE. I had trouble fitting it into my case. I'd probably get a full size case if I wanted to get another one of these.

Other Thoughts: I made the change from integrated graphics to dedicated, so this card has definitely blown me away and is definitely a great card to start out on.

Build:
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T CPU
RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-730SS 730W PSU
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB RAM
Seagate Barracuda Green ST1500DL003 1.5TB HDD
Thermaltake Element G VL10001W2Z Case
ASUS M4A88TD-V Mobo

5 out of 5 eggsFAST FAST FAST

Pros: What a fast, fast card! Uses less power than my old GTX260 - I was surprised

Cons: The price went down $50 since I got it
