4 out of 5 eggsGreat card for the price

Pros: Fast, cheap, and easy to install. I've been able to install Skyrim, Anno 2070, World of WarCraft. With them all at high-ultra high setting without any lag. It's a great card.

Cons: You cannot support three monitors with this card which really disappoints me but oh well.

Other Thoughts: Overall great card, I would highly suggest it for gaming hobbyist.

4 out of 5 eggsMeh 100$ why not?

Pros: It's alright for a entry-level gpu but when it is under heavy load it's just too darn hot. BF3 on High 1280 x 720 around 53fps. For Arma II almost everything on normal and you'll get around 43fps. MOH: Warfighter makes this thing overheat for some reason, expect to see 34-45fps on high for MOH:W. For World of Warcraft it's great, everything on ultra on 720p and you'll get around 50fps constant. This card is great but if you've got more real estate in your budget either go for a GTX 650 or a HD Radeon 7850. Those are good GPUs. The overclocking software is superb Precision X is a PRO for sure. Awesome for 720p

Cons: Runs hot
It's a power sucker
Forget the rebate

Other Thoughts: Would not recommend for serious gaming, but what do you expect it's 100$. Grab a 7850 or a GTX 660 if you can.
I've been building computers since 2004 and only recently started using I am currently A+ certified as well as Networking+ certified. As for the 500w recommended power supply I say get a 600w instead. I ran this 550ti with a Thermaltake Modular 750w psu.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks like a dream

Pros: It has been able to handle whatever I throw at it for the most part. Of course, so far I have only thrown Star Trek Online and World of Warcraft at it which it should be more than able to handle. Easy install and while I know this doesn't really matter - a very sleek and aesthetically pleasing design.

Cons: None, so far.

Other Thoughts: $119.99 With a Mail-in rebate is just the right price. Even without the mail-in rebate $139.99 is still pretty darn good. Very good performance to price ratio.

5 out of 5 eggsMuch better than expected

Pros: Runs World of Warcraft on ultra settings with 1920x1080 and direct x 11. Even multisampling and anisotropic filtering are maxxed. I get 60-70 FPS in the middle of stormwind, and I didn't drop below 45FPS in a 25-man raid, which are really hardware intensive.

Haven't tried any other games yet. Still downloading skyrim.

Cons: Why are cons required?

Other Thoughts: I bought this to utilize EVGA's step up program and buy a better card in about a month. Honestly, I don't think I will need to upgrade this. It's already a huge upgrade from my ATI whatever...

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: seems a bit smaller than my old 8800gts, nice overclocking tool available for free from evga when you register your product. and its carrying the E5200 in my computer to 60+ frames in world of warcraft.

Cons: it didnt make me breakfast

Other Thoughts: Systemax venture:

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic level of real world performance.

Pros: This card is truly a great card for the money. Often people become hung up on benchmark scores and numbers, basically how cards perform outside of the real world. Which only hurts their decision making process and ultimately their wallet.

This particular card is more than enough to enjoy the most modern games, with great frame rates and visuals all while keeping costs relatively low. The card itself produces low amounts of heat and has fairly quiet fans. The build quality is also top shelf, as are most EVGA products.

I have seen this card perform well with games like;

World of Warcraft
BF: Bad Company 2
Bioshock & Bioshock 2
L4D & L4D2
From Dust
Batman: Arkham Asylum
League of Legends
Duke Nukem Forever

All of these games showed fantastic frame rates and beautiful textures and visuals. Again speaking to the fact that benchmark numbers do not truly reflect real world performance in any product.

Cons: None, although, this is where I could easily say how it could be more powerful, but that would increase the cost. If you want more raw power that you aren't likely to use, buy another more expensive card.

This is a great card.

Other Thoughts: @Shinobi: I have yet to run into a compatibility issue with any system and this card. I have used this card in several different motherboards and system builds, all of which easily support it. I am sorry you had such a hard time with the card, I would look at other possible causes to your issue before relegating the card to a 1 egg status.
