Pros: My original five year old Dell battery drains out for 15 min. The new LB1 battery keeps the laptop running for a couple of hours. Perfect product.

Pros: Form, Fit, and Function are as advertised. Good delivery time and in excelent condition.

Cons: None yet, but then we are onlyon week 2.
