Pros: - Solid Construction
- Very open design for phenomenal air flow
- Nice finish/texture on the PSU
- Absolutely silent
- Plenty of connectors

- Powers my 4.5GHz 3570K and HD7770 without a peep
- Plain black housing aside from Rosewill sticker on top
- The last piece of my now entirely silent HTPC
- 5 year warranty
- Impossible to beat deal for 650W Gold - $70 after $10 MIR!

Cons: Sometimes I wonder if it's running or not...between this PSU's efficiency and 3 daisy chained Arctic F12 PWMs , my HTPC can't be heard unless you're a foot away; and even then the HDD makes more noise!

Other Thoughts: Overkill for the hardware I'm using, but I am 'future proof' for GPU upgrades and its high efficiency will pay for itself compared to the Thermaltake TR-2 it replaced.

I have purchased other Rosewill products before such as staplers, desk organizer, screwdrivers, USB car chargers etc. This was my first PC hardware purchase, albeit a well researched one, and I am completely satisfied. Rubber covers for unused modular ports are a nice touch. I actually removed them from this PSU, trimmed them slightly and put them in my Corsair HX850. I was looking for a solution to cover up the blue modular connectors on it since they looked terribly out of place in the black/silver/orange motif of my desktop. It worked and looks fantastic!

Pros: -Modular
-Efficient - 80 Plus Gold Certified

-Plenty of Sata connectors for all of your components
-Fully sleeved cables

Cons: None as far as I'm concerned but here are a few potential cons:

-The cables were plenty long for my CM 690, but the motherboard cables might be a stretch for a full tower.
-The unit is pretty big so it might be a tight fit in a smaller case.
-No led lights or any other "bling". This is a positive for me, but somebody with a case window might prefer a more visually appealing PSU.

Other Thoughts: I replaced my hunk of junk CM Extreme power 600W with this unit and am very pleased so far. It is significantly quieter than that unit (even after having to remove the fan grate due to the clanking common with that unit). The efficiency of the unit was a huge selling point for me as I will actually end up saving money over time assuming it lasts me a few years

Pros: Modular, 650W, Gold Rated. Price especially if I get my rebate.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: If I get my rebate it will about the same price as other company's 550W bronze rated modular power supplies.

Pros: I still own 2 other Rosewill PSU's of lower wattage. They always outlast my computer build, and remain stable for many many years.

Other Thoughts: Provides excellent power to my machine. I had no problems installing it and everything has worked perfectly, as expected. High quality PSU

Pros: Works. Powers my machine. Been through power outages without damage. Looks nice.

Cons: Not really fully modular.

Other Thoughts: Didn't die (yet).

Pros: I'm going to have to say it was one of the worst produts
my dad has ever got becuse it was slowly dying the whole time it died after tuning the pc off to clean it put another PSU in the pc and it ran faster.

Cons: can a dying PSU cause damage to a pc hmm

Other Thoughts: getting tired of taking part out of a computer.....

Pros: Can't add much to the other 5-egg reviews, but the Rosewill CAPSTONE-650-M has exceeded my expectations and just flat deserves the 5 eggs.
Modular, Quiet, 80 plus Gold, lots of cables.

Don't usually spend $100 for a PSU, but this one just has 'class' written all over it has performed well with several different high-end video PCI-E cards.

Cons: Only about 6 months of use.

Other Thoughts: I bought this for a benchtop build-up PSU, and have used it for several new generation Pc builds using high-end video cards. So far, it hasn't even whimpered, but remains to be seen how it will hold up over a longer period.

Pros: cheap for a 80 gold.

Cons: worked for about 15 minutes, just long enough to set up the OS, then died.

Other Thoughts: Im really hoping it did not damage any other components of my computer, ill be very annoyed if i get my new PSU and i find out my mobo or memory is fried due to this faulty Rosewill. In my opinion and many others I know, do not buy rosewill for power supply. Go corsair, its an important part of you computer and you should be willing to make sure you get something that actually works correctly.
Im very dissapointed in Rosewill with this PCU, i will never buy a Rosewill again.
