4 out of 5 eggsReasonable for the Price

Pros: Inexpensive.

Cons: The covers loosen and peel back easily, which is annoying when inserting or removing from a device or charger. Some batteries tend to charge more quickly than others (I use four at a time in my HP calculator), which leads me to believe that they're inconstent with regard to the power they provide.

4 out of 5 eggsWork good

Pros: Lasts a LONG time. At 1000mAh, holds as much juice as a AAA can take.

Cons: The cover lining tends to peel off. Reason why I gave 'em 4 eggs. Ordered a different set from another manufacturer, cover stays intact. Otherwise, lasts longer than the lower mAh type AAAs.

Other Thoughts: Got 'em for some lawn lights. Where my girlfriend placed them, the sun doesn't hit them very well. The stock 450mAh just don't cut it, dead by morning. These last 3 days! Friggin awesome :)

3 out of 5 eggsCheap

Pros: Cheap

Cons: These do not charge to 1000 mAh. None of them did better than 900 mAh when analyzed with a Maha 9000 charger, and a couple were well under 800 mAh.
No set of four of them could drive a HP-71, which cuts off at less than 5.4V (or 1.35V per battery). Don't expect much more than the rechargable "standard" 1.2V.

Other Thoughts: Product did not match picture. Not only is the pack different, but the batteries are too. It came as an 8-pack with two extra "free" batteries.

5 out of 5 eggsHigh Performance

Pros: Packs more power than Name brand rechargeable batteries hands down. Although I just started using these batteries, I'm impressed right off the bat. I'll be ordering another 10 pack shortly...

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste your money on more expensive name brand batteries... Dura-Crash and others.

5 out of 5 eggsLaNaMaRa PRO1010 Review

Pros: *Rated at 1000mAh
*Inexpensive
*Supposedly memory free.
*ALL 10 Charged at 1.4 V solid.

Cons: *They charge, out of the bat, at 775mAh
using top of the line Powerex MH-C9000
charger by MAHA.
*Breaking them in using "Break In" function
at rated 1000 mAh results them charged at 900mAh = ok
+/- 250mAh variation

Other Thoughts: Breaking them in at 1100 and 1200 mAh
did not bring about higher results = they
still charged at 900 mAh or less.

Roughly you expect 900 mAh performance
out of these rechargeable batteries.

The price is EXTREMELY good so if you know
what you are doing with such batteries then
go for it--get a 10 pack. If you are not sure
what you are doing or your charger is a
generic one you might get less charge
out of these devices.

I do highly recommend these puppies but along
with a good charger--GO BIG or GO ALKALINE!

5 out of 5 eggsLast much longer than brand name batteries

Pros: I bought these in September 2009 and I have not needed to buy any more batteries since. These batteries last way longer than Energizer, etc. batteries that you can pick up in a local store, both in terms of how long they work on one charge and how many charges they can go through.

Cons: Battery indicator in my devices seems to start with 1/2 full even on a full charge. As another reviewer mentioned this is apparently due to batteries running on lower voltage.

This inconvenience is easily offset by increased lifetime of the batteries.

Other Thoughts: I use them primarily with a Go Pro video camera. I think they last 1.5x-2x as long as the camera documentation claims the battery is supposed to last, which I find impressive. I have to change batteries less frequently than memory cards - good thing as I know I will never run out of battery in the middle of a session.

5 out of 5 eggsgood

Pros: 1k mAh AAA and there the best price
these batteries are as cheap as disposable ones, but you can reuse them :)

Cons: 1.25V vs the normal 1.5V AAA batteries
my mp3 player always says half full or less,
but these batteries last wayyy longer than the batteries that say full at first.
that's because these can maintain that 1.25V longer than other brands holding above operating voltage levels.

none-the-less i don't care about this, so no egg deduction.

Other Thoughts: got a free battery case with my order as a special thing, ofc the cheap plastic broke after 1 use, but it was free lol.

5 out of 5 eggsWorking as expected or even better

Pros: Great price!
1000mAh vs 750mAh of the MUCH more expensive name-brand ones I bought locally so should last longer per charge & so far that seems to be the case.
Working great so far in anything I've tried.

Cons: Had to charge before use but that is common with most NiMH and they never claimed pre-charged or ready to use like the Lenmar AA's I also bought from Newegg

Other Thoughts: Is actually 8 pack with 2 'free' ones.
Will be interesting to see how these work long-term compared to the famous-brand ones I've been buying locally for 2-3x more $ but so far very impressed.
