Pros: Convenient AC outlets with 4 USB charging ports. Has on/off switch to save power when not in use.

Cons: Poor internal design. The entire unit, including the USB charging circuit is "protected" by the same internal surge suppression technology. Unfortunately, this circuitry incorporates internal thermal fusible links. If for any reason one of these fuses gets overloaded and blows, the whole unit is bricked. There is no "reset" button like most old school surge strips.

Other Thoughts: Pass on this device. It IS possible to open the unit to remove and bypass the surge suppressor board if the fuse blows. You then have a straight, unprotected outlet strip and USB charger again. However, this operation is not for the average consumer. It requires some technical skills, and a soldering iron.

Pros: 4 USB ports and 2 power plugs were always enough. Portable. And a power switch!

Cons: Product failed after two months. Orico support says they can't help.

Other Thoughts: I will not be purchasing any more Orico items.

Pros: My second unit works as described. It provides a compact form factor with support for 4 mobile devices and two aux 110v plugs - far more compact of a solution than a 6 outlet powerstip with multiple power bricks.

Orico's customer services was outstanding.

Cons: My first unit was faulty.

Other Thoughts: My first unit was faulty, but Orico, Maite in particular, went out of their way to ensure i received a working unit with a short turnover time and that I was satisfied with my purchase.

I would buy this again, recommend it and will continue to purchase Orico products in the future.

Pros: Bought this to replace the many wall wort chargers that I use.
It works great for that.as well as for relocating 2 AC power outlets for the times I need to plug in an external drive for backups, or top off the charge on my notebook computers.
It sits on the back corner of my desk easy to reach,and fits in my notebook case for travel.

Cons: If there is a con I have not found it yet.

Pros: It is what it is. a charger and surge protector. What more could you want? Only has 2 AC outlets but thats just how it is. You can buy one with more, but for a higher cost and a much lengthier brick. Gives good straight power. USB ports charge nice and fast and are simple to use. Only get this if it is staying at your house. Not good for traveling due to size and of course 3 prong plug with a nice sized cord. Overall get this just to be safe whether it be charge through USB or using it for your PC (Thats what I mainly use it for.) I would recommend this guy.

Pros: Eliminates some clutter from my desk -- I had a 3-outlet extension cord with wall warts sticking off it, and now i just power my devices from one convenient box. Two 2.4A USB charging ports are superb (though see cons). Two regular surge-protected outlets... excellent. These also have mirrored orientation, which is great (though see cons).

The operating LED is just plain tiny, and I love it. I don't need the room lit up like an xmas tree by any more power LEDs than I do already. It's about 0.5mm diameter...entertainingly small.

Portability is fine

Cons: Why just two 2.4A USB ports, guys? Why not make all four to this spec? Are there devices that must not be charged above 1.2A? Maybe so...?

The 120V outlets smartly have mirrored orientation but unfortunately they have grounds toward the center of the box, rather than 180 degrees from how they are (grounds out toward the edges of the case). The few polarized chargers I have would cover both outlets, which defeats having two.

I think these cons merit a 1-star dock. If these items were rectified in the next product release cycle, this would be superb.

Other Thoughts: So far so good. I hope this lasts a good long while.

Pros: It's small light, the different current USB outlets are clearly labeled.

Cons: The regular AC outlets are reversed towards each other, however, the ground pin on the outlets are positioned directly towards each other. Zoom in on the pic and you will understand. The caveat of this design makes it difficult to install 2 "wall wart" type transformers in both outlets if one of the outlets is keyed for polarity reasons. (one blade of the plug is larger than the other). What should have been done was to position the ground pins towards the outside of the device.

Other Thoughts: A little pricey for what it is.

Pros: Works well with Apple and Samsung products (chip enabled). Two each tablet (2.4A) and phone (1A) charging ports. Two surge protected AC outlets (versions with more outlets are available). On/off switch with indicator light lets you leave this plugged in when not in use.

Cons: A bit bulky for travel. Does not charge my ASUS TF300T tablet.

Other Thoughts: I bought this thinking that I would use it for travel. It's a bit bulky for that with a heavy duty power cord. Three prong plug makes it somewhat unsuitable for international travel. As a home charging station, it works well, particularly for Apple and Samsung devices which it has a smart chip for. Doesn't charge my ASUS tablet (very few third party chargers do), so I still have to use my old charger.
