Anonymous 12/12/2015 12:46:15 AM Ownership: 3/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 5/5Good Results This review is from: iHAS324 Internal DVD Writer Pros: This version is the "F" series and it burns the few media I have very well compared to the A, B, E, and W series (C and D were forgettable). DVD and CD burning days aren't what they used to be, but it's nice to see LiteOn still supporting this technology. Cons: PLDS Smart Pack couldn't find the latest firmware (had CL16, CL17 was around), so had to use other methods to update it. Did you find this review helpful? Cons: a very noisy drive when in use with CD's or DVDs. burning or reading. doesn't matter. it will be noisy. Also the nero software that comes with it is a trial. didn't even install it. not planning to purchase nero at full price for this. Other Thoughts: I got this for $15, so for the price it's not too bad but I was expecting it to be a little bit quieter. it sounds like a 1990's CD-ROM drive. 0 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Cons: I bought this to upgrade my Mom's computer, bought it because it came retail package with some burning software. The burner came with Nero 12 Essentials Trial Version.
