Cons: The pedestal is too fragile to be shipped. I ordered this and was shipped UPS ground. When it arrived, the side panels were cracked. I contacted NewEgg and they were great. They offered to ship the replacement to me via UPS Next Day to minimize the chance of it being damaged. However, the replacement arrived again broken. I even tried contacting Boss and they were no help. They would only offer replacement parts if there is an order number that they could find in their own system.
