1 out of 5 eggsFailed

Pros: Pretty fast. Looks neat, though it is not finished as well as in the pictures. Light. Sips battery.

Cons: Failed after 7 months of extremely light use in a laptop I leave at my girlfriends house so I can browse once in a while.
SSD probably got 24-48 hours of power on time before it failed miserably due to the 8mb partition bug. NOTE : THIS HAPPENED MONTHS *AFTER* UPDATING TO THE LATEST FIRMWARE THAT FIXES THIS ISSUE.

Other Thoughts: Do not buy

1 out of 5 eggsNo Response from Intel

Pros: If you go by the old saying you get want you pay for.
For a 120GB the price is very high so you should be getting the best SSD out there.

Cons: The number of failures at this price range is very bad. What very strange is no response from Intel reps. They do have a lock on CPU but there not the only one selling SSD Drives . I paid the high dollar for this drive because of there Name and Reputation of Intel.

Other Thoughts: I will stick with there CPU but that all. I spend my money else were.

1 out of 5 eggsPiece of brick

Pros: Fast (as usual for SSD)

Cons: Suddenly dies after 6 month. All data is lost.
Google for "BAD_CTX 00000130".

Avoid Intel 320 series like plague!!

Pros: This device worked well initially.

Cons: I have had this unit just over a year. Now it will make a decent paperweight or coaster.

1 out of 5 eggsGood drive, until it failed

Pros: I took advantage of a rebate on this drive and got myself into the SSD revolution back in October. I loved the performance boost I saw on my laptop and was able to live without a ton of space by moving my larger files over to an external hard drive.

Cons: Well, this morning I came into the office to find my system at a black screen stating "Invalid system disk". Figuring I left something in one of the memory card slots, I double checked everything and rebooted - same message. Turns out, I got hit with the "8MB bug" you'll read about in comments on this drive. Keep in mind, I had the latest firmware installed and used the SSD Toolbox to keep the drive running optimally. Now I am waiting for Intel's phone support to open up so I can call and try to get this fixed.

Other Thoughts: As long as downtime is not a big problem and you keep adequate backups, this drive is fine. If you need any type of reliability, don't buy this drive. These types of data problems are absolutely unacceptable in an enterprise class storage device.

1 out of 5 eggsFailed in 8 months

Pros: Yes is was fast till it died!

Cons: Did not live for 8 months. No warnings, just died.

Other Thoughts: The whole purpose of putting a SD drive into a laptop is to increase speed and reliability. Sadly this is non to reliable.

1 out of 5 eggsBad Failure Rate Avoid This Drive

Pros: It works as advertized until it randomly bricks itself.

Cons: Repeatedly bricks itself due to firmware glitches and turns into a 8MB brick. You can google "intel ssd 8mb" and read all the posts.

Intel doesn't provide any support, they ask you to secure-erase your drive to restore functionality. Of course that implies loss of ALL information on the drive.

Other Thoughts: Avoid this drive and any 320 series if you want reliable storage.

1 out of 5 eggsDies in 6 months - 8MB, BAD_CTX 00000130

Pros: Fast

Cons: Dies after 6 months of average usage.
BAD_CTX 00000130. All the data is completely lost.
Latest firmware, good power supply, etc..

The only good thing - returned this to Intel and they've sent me complete refund of the original purchase price.

Once again - never trust anyone. Including Intel...
