I noticed that the CF slot had some pins that are quite a bit longer than others. Other Thoughts: I find myself wishing that the CF slot was a little deeper to help get the alignment of the card better before it engages to the pins. The uneven pin length does not help with this either. The reader does work on every type of card that I have tried in it with an XP machine. Did you find this review helpful? N/A 7/6/2012 6:46:15 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 3/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 3/5 Pros: Worked with many different formats as advertised. Small form factor and comes with USB extension cable. Cons: The reason for 3 stars is that the CF card slot had bent pins right out of the package. If I didn't notice it beforehand, the CF card would have bent more pins. I used a flathead to straighten them out and then worked fine. Needs better QA so that this wouldn't have happened. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you?
