5 out of 5 eggsCheap yet sturdy; gets the job done

Pros: Can corroborate the claimed tech specs -- doing read-only tests w/USB3, I was able to reach max throughput of 70-80 Mbps (~9 or 10 MiB/s). Also, drive feels great in my hand.

Cons: Write performance blows compared to more expensive drives.

Other Thoughts: Can't speak to longevity yet, but after plugging this in and running some benchmarks,

5 out of 5 eggsWell Made

Pros: Well made, works at advertised speeds. I was surprised the case was metal, but it was probably advertised somewhere.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsDoes Exactly Wat I Wanted

Pros: Considerably faster than a USB 2.0, no natch for my eSATA drive, but no reasonable person would expect it to be. Drops into SYBA docking station, lot of convenience and memory for $22 for both devices.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsGood USB

Pros: Noticeably Faster than the 2.0 USBs that I own.

Cons: Not as fast as I thought it would be. Not enough to take a egg off.

5 out of 5 eggsDoes its thing, and its thing is being awesome.

Pros: Excellent Value, low profile appearance, solid construction AND USB 3.0? Why are you reading this, hit "Add to Cart!"

Cons: The cap seems like it could get lost easily- but this is a con only if you need a traveling USB stick, which I did not.

Other Thoughts: Fast, solid. What else can you ask for from a USB stick?

Using this to run FreeNAS, works like a dream.

5 out of 5 eggsThis is a great little USB 3.0 flash drive at a great price!

Pros: Sturdy design and construction with USB 3.0 compatibility and speed. Although I have no actual testing data to report, I can safely say this is one of the fastest drives I have purchased (I have 14 others) and I have used it to back up data on one of my computers. I bought it with the intended purpose of installing Windows 7 on one of my machines.

Cons: Like others have already noted, there is no LED activity light on this drive, but that is fine as I can see that files are transferring to and from the drive when I am in the Windows OS. Not a big enough deal to take an egg away, so I am giving this product a five-egg rating based on its performance and price ($6.99) when I bought it.

Other Thoughts: USB 3.0 speeds are now what I look for when I am looking to purchase USB flash drives. This drive has only served to reinforce that, as it has lived up to its advertised speeds. A-DATA is a very reliable and reputable manufacturer of flash drives and are well worth considering.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Ample room for most file sharing, backwards compatibility. The blue insert in the USB connector makes for easy ID of the USB3 compatibility.

Cons: As the cover is not physically attached to the drive it is somewhat easy to lose.
