Right before writing this review I accidentally sent this through a washing machine on a cold cycle in while it was in the pocket of my jeans. I noticed it laying at the bottom of my washer when I went to change the laundry out. I took some canned air to it and made sure it was dry then stuck it into my computer to see if it would still work... it did! Indicator light an all. I checked the files that were stored and they were fine as well. Pretty impressive, at least it was to me. Cons: easy to loose cap if not careful. Did you find this review helpful? Always recognized on every system I plugged it into. Excellent for the price and I paid over two thirds of what it is now. Cons: Plastic shell seems fragile but it's an entry level stick. Other Thoughts: I take this back and forth to work everyday. Dropped it on concrete the other day. Still works great. My main intent was moving movies to the TV and storing file that I don't want on my computer. But, I've used it for everything else I can think of. Did you find this review helpful? Cons: Transfer speeds are slow, and this has been used on new and old machines. Other Thoughts: It's been very reliable so far, but the transfer speeds are a bit slow. I've used it to boot multiple versions of linux as a liveUSB. Now it's my main file storage/transfer drive. I run PortableApps on it and I have had no problem with speed or read/write. Cons: Maybe related to my hardware, but it does not work on my notebook and it only works on some ports on my desktop. I don't have problems with my other flash drives, so I'm not sure why this one is different. Other Thoughts: I don't need it that often, so I don't worry about the problem that much. I only take of the one egg because just as with every flash drive these days its only like 15 or less GB after format to me this is unacceptable. I know its the norm but I don't have to like it.
