I believe it is just a sensitive phone; that needs love and patience; If you plan on leaving 3+ apps open, be prepared as the BLU Life one does get overwhelmed easily; you will know this when the response time of an action is 10 seconds or more, IF the device responds at all, this will eventually lead to the device rebooting itself. At times the BLU Life one becomes depressed and sad, and just doesn't feel like being a cell phone; this is when the device will show the unlock screen, but appears it just gave up on life, as there will be no screen response. Other Thoughts: Would I give this product to other people? Absolutely, I've learned vast amounts about myself and how patient I really am. Would I recommend someone buy this phone? Ha! no. Would I ever buy one again, yes I'd buy every last one if I could, so individuals don't have to deal with such a device that looks like a cell phone, sometimes does cell phone things, but mostly is a sad excuse for a piece of technology. Pros: Makes a very operational paperweight

Cons: Everything a phone is supposed to do, the BLU Life One takes the trophy for failing, at quite literally everything a cell phone is supposed to do.
