Pros: Bought two monitors and one was dead on arrival, however the other was exactly what I was looking for.

Cons: One was dead on arrival.

Pros: works great in portrait mode

Cons: none so far.

Other Thoughts: text was blurry at first but i adjusted focus and it got better. this and my 23" acer lit my room very well.

other people complained about viewing angles but i don't have a problem with it, maybe its just my setup.

Pros: Been running 20 of these in my office and I haven't had any trouble from them.

Cons: LED LCD Monitors are now very close to the price of regular LCDs so - shop around and get an LED LCD one if its close in price, if not cheaper... I didn’t care that it’s not "LED" - it was a good price and I trust Acer monitors 100% and got 6 of them. Maybe in 6 months all you will be able to get it LED LCDs - till then, shop & buy smart. I KNOW i newegg

Pros: I got these for my workplace after our old monitors gave out due to worn out and defective capacitors. For a shell shocker $89.99 deal, it wasn't a bad price either.

Cons: The monitor menu takes a little getting used to, tilt is weird, and lack of contrast.

Other Thoughts: Screen could be a little higher on the stand.

If you're looking for an inexpensive monitor, this is it.

Pros: Price.. kind of.

Cons: My main focus is the viewing angle. If you're directly in front of it it's OK. If your friend is sitting next to you to watch something on the monitor in front of you, GOOD LUCK. You cannot see anything if you're half a foot from the ideal viewing position. Oh, the colors and contrast are terrible as well.

Other Thoughts: Spend 10-20 more dollars and get yourself something better. Skimping out on one the main thing that brings you visual didn't work out well for me.

Pros: - Price (got it for $89.99, that's a steal)
- VESA mountable
- No "proprietary power adapter" - just the standard power plug
- Sleek design

Cons: - Like others have mentioned, the contrast is pretty mediocre at best

Other Thoughts: I bought a couple of these for use around the office. It's pretty great for people who either don't know or don't care about the low contrast. The bottom bracket comes out easily with a couple of screws.

Great buy if you don't mind a little low contrast.

Pros: Solid construction. No dead pixels, good size, low price. DVI & VGA inputs.

Cons: Picture quality, awkward adjustments. You can compensate with angle, brightness, contrast, and gamma correction to make it work.

Other Thoughts: As others have noted, picture is washed out with low contrast. Screen adjustments are awkward to use. Tilt angle of screen is critical to how it appears -- adjusting the angle and using the nVidia picture adjustments made it acceptable. So I ended up with a good size monitor with an acceptable picture for a really good price!

Pros: -Is, technically, a monitor. If all you need is DVI or VGA, 20 inches, and 1600x900...go for it.
-...That's about it.

Cons: -ABSOLUTE ****. No contrast; no amount of color adjustment brings the colors anything CLOSE to reasonable. It looks especially abhorrent next to an actually decent display (this was to be my secondary monitor...). Whites are gray. Blacks are gray. Everything inbetween has a gray sheen to it. No setting adjustment removes it.

Other Thoughts: STAY AWAY.
