5 out of 5 eggsBeautiful

Pros: Absolutely love this mouse. Its tracking and sensor is so precise. I love the software that you can download for this mouse. The dpi buttons don't really serve me but i enjoy changing my dpi to what i like most. It fits like a glove on my hand, love the grips on the side. The two buttons on the left give me the option to map them to something i want. It's also very cheap.

Cons: Risky. Its cord is quite fragile so you have to be very careful with it. My mom stepped on my last one's wire to the usb plugin. It came completely came off. Still an absolutely amazing mouse. Also the fact that it is refurbished. The reviews don't scare me, my mouse came in looking like it was brand new so I'm not going to take off a star on something that i KNOW has the chance at looking displeasing.

Other Thoughts: Overall amazing mouse. If you have the dough, i suggest getting the g400s (the newer model) or the regular g400 if it's in stock.

1 out of 5 eggsPretty worthless Purchase

Pros: Fast responding mouse, when it responds. lots of configuration options.

Cons: Stopped working in just over 30 days, goes in and out of connectivity in multiple usb ports. Should never have been posted as refurbished.

Other Thoughts: This shouldn't have ever been posted as refurbished, seeing as it doesn't work with any consistency. Suspect that it stopped functioning just outside of 30 days.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Love this mouse, but mine and my boyfriends both went out and would randomly stop working for a few seconds. We both bought these ones while they were on sale and they work great!! We got 2 for less than the price of one new. :)

Cons: None, I'm very happy with it.

Other Thoughts: Thanks Newegg!

Pros: Have been using this mouse for about 4 months now, no issues. It looked like new when I got it! Would buy again.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: So far it works.

Cons: Its dirty and missing a few smooth parts on the bottom like it has been taken apart also has a few bigger scratches on the bottom.

Other Thoughts: would have been nice if it was shipped in a box so it didn't get smashed on :|

1 out of 5 eggsAvoid this product

Pros: Decent paperweight

Cons: Broken

Other Thoughts: Received a broken mouse with a several cable. Also, heavy wear and dirty.

Like other reviewers, I had a bad experience. I am not in the processing of RMA'ing with NewEgg. Hopefully they will correct this mistake and start to send working mice. For now, I recommend avoiding this product (and maybe NewEgg in general until they get their act together.)

1 out of 5 eggsHighly disappointed

Pros: It's in one piece. That's it.

Cons: Didn't work, period. Plugged into 3 different PCs, didn't work.
Clearly a used and not refurbished mouse. Dirt and gunk all over and inside seams. Threw out my cleaning tool (tiny flat head screw driver) after trying to clean what I assume to be guacamole or boogers (dirt and gunk was green-like) out of the seams.
Can't get a refund through Newegg since it's "refurbished" so I'm going to for a Logitech RMA. Hopefully one that's booger free.

Other Thoughts: I was shocked that Newegg would actually sell these in this condition. Seriously, dunk it in water or run it through a dishwasher and it would be in better condition than what I received.
Granted it would still be broken, but it would be clean and I could understand trying to sell it as refurbished. Makes me wonder who was fired and forced to work the rest of the week....I think I just figured out where the boogers came from.

1 out of 5 eggsGreat if it works

Pros: It's a really nice mouse. It has a great feel and weight to it and I was instantly comfortable with using it as soon as I got it.

Cons: The refurbished mouse I received ended up having a short in the cable that would cause random disconnections in the mouse. It even occasionally glitched out the USB ports on my motherboard which would disable all devices connected to it until I restarted my computer. It never happened before I got the mouse and it hasn't happened since switching back to my old one.

The short was found by taking the advice of a mod on Logitech's forums who said to try carefully wiggling the cable near the base of the mouse. If the mouse disconnects for a second, you've probably got a short.

Other Thoughts: I don't recommend taking the risk on this. It hasn't been worth the hassle.

1 out of 5 eggsFaulty.

Pros: It was less expensive than MSRP.

Cons: The mouse started disconnecting and reconnecting constantly after 3 weeks. Did my own troubleshooting and eventually contacted logitech and they confirmed the device was faulty. Will try and follow up with newegg next.

Other Thoughts: The mouse received was heavily used and worn in some parts.
