Robstg 5/17/2011 8:09:25 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 5/5Great accessory for the headset Pros: - Easy to install (kinda) - Works as it should - Excellent, excellent customer support I have the Polycom IP550 phone, which is "rounded" everywhere. the lifter did not really sit properly on the phone, and once the lifter was activated, the phone's handset would drop to the desktop, making it impossible to hang up remotely, not to mention the racket that occurred when the handset dropped! A quick call to Plantronics to get advice on whether they had ideas and I got the best solution of all - a FIX! Plantronics sent me an adapter to allow the lifter to work with my make/model of phone. And the kicker - IT WAS FREE! shipping and all.... When was the last time you got support like that! I know, I haven't in a long time. VERY, very, very impressed. Cons: May not suit all phones right out of the box.... But, then again, models come out everyday... no egg loss for that. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? Ordered just a lifter 'cause mine was acting funny. The unit would pickup & then drop down, thought defective. Ordered this in panic that my ear wouldnt work, then called Their tech-support. Cons: Didnt call Tech support first Other Thoughts: There is a height adjuster on the side. I had mine in the lowest position. bumped to the middle position & worked like new.
