Pros: Able to monitor house while traveling with decent picture quality.
Small & light.
Ability to turn off flashing LEDs when monitoring.
Email alerts with attached photos.
Other than sensitivity and ACtivex (see below), set-up was easy enough.

Cons: Difficulty setting motion and sound detection so that it was sensitive enough to detect a simulated intruder but not so sensitive that it gave a multitude of false email alerts. Also difficulty setting up Activex for monitoring on dLink web site: After installing Activex, web site persisted on insisting it was not installed. Rebooting did not help, and, after a few attempts, due to time constraints, monitored by accessing the camera through its IP.

Other Thoughts: Good enough performance for the sale price of ~$50.

Cons: The green LED light on the rear of the unit is quite noticeable in an otherwise dark room.

Nice camera, works well, and the pan & tilt adjustment options are great. True, it doesn't pan or tilt remotely, but most cameras at or near this price point don't. The infared sensors are almost unnoticeable, but it does have a small green LED on the back that makes it quite obvious in an otherwise dark room. I black perma-markered it, to try to cover it up. It made the light less noticeable, but still visible. Maybe I'll try a small piece of electrical tape next. I hooked it up above my home's front door for a while, and used it to look outside of the front door. After a couple of weeks, I installed it in the nursery, to spy on my 2yr old as she sleeps (or rather, as she's in her room with my wife and I thinking she's sleeping). The night view being able to see her is great, and since it doesn't make any noise, she doesn't have to be distracted by it. If I needed another camera for surveillance/monitoring, i'd not hesitate to buy one of these.

Pros: It's a very light and small static camera.
It looks well made and has all necessary hardware to install it wherever is convenient for the user.
I started the setup with my LG G2, after installing the mydlink lite app. Installing from Android was quick and easy. I was able to create my dlink account and set the device to wireless.
Once I created my account, I logged in from my desktop browser and was able to administrate and view the camera in my browser. It nagged that a firmware update was available for the camera and recommended that I allow it to do so. Reluctantly, I did and it took FAR longer than what I would think should be normal. But, it did get the firmware updated and the camera works perfect.

I just tested it again with my phone via 4G connection and it works great. The dlink app is quick and easy to use.

Other Thoughts: Overall experience is very good. It was a very simple affair to get it setup and working in a short time.
