Anyway as I said before this chair is comfortable and does everything it's supposed to.

Cons: Also as I said before the chair squeaks every time I move. Came with broken and missing parts. Looked like the box had been opened and reclosed.

I contacted the manufacturer directly and they offered to shipped the missing and broken parts as long as I lived in the EU. Since I live in the US I was told they would have to have the US distributor contact me. That was 3 weeks ago. I am coming up on the date where I can no longer RMA this chair and still nothing from the US distributor even after I contacted Arozzi again.

Other Thoughts: My final thought is this. Though the chair is comfortable I can not recommend it to anyone given my experience. Broken and missing pieces, poor customer service for a $300 price tag was a real let down. I will be RMAing this chair and going with another company.
