5 out of 5 eggsLooks Great

Pros: Just got this today. So far it looks great though I haven't been able to use it yet as my Camera was delayed. Pretty sturdy, solid metal construction, should be able to do its job very well. I ordered the Sony HDR-CX210, I am not sure if it will even mount on it, but for $5 it's worth the risk, worst case I lost $5.

The screw where it mounts to the camera is 1/4 inch if that helps anyone. I ordered it because I would need a basic tripod for making videos for youtube.

Cons: Legs do not lock out with any kind of pin, just friction. This shouldn't be a bad thing as they still take 5-10 lbs of pressure to push in depending on how hard you pull on them. So combined you're talking about about 50 lbs of downward pressure to make them slip, there is no situation where that should be a factor.
