Pros: The bag has a nice leather-like appearance. Well constructed and stitched together (not glued). Yellow interior is a nice touch! It is is designed to protect your camera and perfect for everyday use. I usually pack the camera in my purse, computer bag or place it in the tray inside my car. I like that the bag because it is slim and doesn’t take up extra space. Last week I was at a birthday party and someone moved the camera by mistake to a wet spot on the tablecloth and the bag kept the camera dry. I like this product and recommend it for general every day use. I learned about Ape Case products from a friend who has a large sized backpack and she thinks it’s the best designed brand she has ever purchased for photography. Go Ape!

Other Thoughts: good price and value

Pros: Small and a good fit to the camera. Much less bulky than Canon's case for an SD780 IS.

Cons: The lining on interior has a warp and weave in the nylon that is a bit hard, and that leaves me concerned about marring the camera's LCD with prolonged use.

Otherwise, it has quality stiching. The high-contrast yellow interior is handy for old eyes like mine. I prefer the bill fold-style full length top flap, and like the velcro to secure it.

I prefer the close-fitting belt loop over clips or other doo-dads - it allows the case to sit flat when it's not on a belt. On the downside, the loop is rather small, designed more for a belt for a suit than a belt for jeans.

It will probably last a good long time. I only wish they had used a different finish on the nylon.

Other Thoughts: If you use an LCD screen protector this is a Very Good everyday case for a small SD780-sized camera.

I use Canon's case for transporting the camera - it's a bit more crush resistant but it's also nearly twice as bulky as this Ape Case. Where the Canon case is not good for everyday use, the Ape Case is just the right size to be carried in a pocket or on your belt - if you have a skinny belt!

If they would use a softer brushed finish nylon in the interior and maybe make the opening for the belt loop a bit larger, this would be worth all 5 eggs.

ALSO NOTE: this item ship directly from the vendor, not from Newegg. It took two days longer for this to arrive than it took for the camera to arrive. Not egg-worthy, but note-worthy.
