A good bag, but not great
This review is from: Lowepro Flipside 200 Black Case
Pros: Hidden compartment openings, slender design, snug fit around the body, good back padding, tight fit around the equipment, fits under a plane seat, will be great for riding a bike somewhere to shoot.
Cons: Main compartment opening doesn't open wide enough, zippers require some extra pull/force, compartment pockets are stitched to tightly, and size of pockets require little fingers.
Other Thoughts: I've had a couple of LowePro bags over the years, and overall, I've been satisfied with how each has performed. All things being equal, I think this bag is good; it fits comfortably on me, has a good amount of padding and the equipment fits snuggly in it, and it's great for moving around (if you're like me and like to travel by bike and take pictures). The tripod pocket is decent too. BUT, there are some drawbacks. My biggest complaint is that the bag's main compartment doesn't open wide enough at the base. The zippers only go about 3/4ths of the way, even though the designers left space for lenses or other gear at the bottom. This makes storing/getting gear on the bottom of the bag very difficult. The zippers also get stuck a little too easily, and the pockets within the bag are so tight and small, if you have bigger fingers, getting things out might be difficult, or may require a pair of needle-nosed pliers.
