5 out of 5 eggsGreat Game

Pros: Great game, liked that you didn't have to complete every mission is order.

Cons: Would have liked to be able to attempt higher missions without having to "unlock" them in some way, kind of like Skyrim.

Other Thoughts: Fantastic game one of my favorite series.

1 out of 5 eggslow fps rate with game

Pros: should have been a good game

Cons: Very low fps rate. Not playable. My pc has more than the minimum to run it. Waste of money and time. EA was no help. There appears to be a lot more players having the same problem but no solutions out there.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Game

Pros: Immerse RPG/TPS game that you can easily get into even if you never played the first game.

Love the story line, plot, writing, and 'most' of the vocals are great.

HOURS of playtime... On one of my offdays I got lost in it and managed to waste a full 16 hours playing this game... further proof I have no life, but still is a fun game if it can keep my attention for that long. Most games I can beat in 5-6 hours tops, so it's nice to play a game where it takes longer to accomplish that.

Better than Fallout 3/3 mk.2 New Vegas

Cons: Male Shepard sounds emotionally detached most of the time and rather dull.... Male voice actor must have been half asleep the entire time. Female Shep is leagues better both in vocals and expressions.

Some vocals really do get repetitive... and annoying but it can't be helped I suppose.

Really could use MORE chat dialog when talking to the same character repeatedly, as well as more vocals. 2 disc game and just seems lacking in this area.

Other Thoughts: Glitches! Game is riddled with many.. most common I keep encountering is a cover glitch where coming out of cover causes me to vault onto the top of said cover... and at one point get stuck on a flower pot on omega station and have to restart the mission -_-

Every game has its share of glitches... least this isn't as bad as Fallout New Vegas(UGH!!!!!!)

5 out of 5 eggsPlayed it already...

Pros: Great game and it was free with the purchase of the motherboard I just purchased.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Newegg should come up with a list of games that you can choose from when they offer a few game.. I'd prefer a game that I hadn't played, because I already played this on xbox 360 with the extra dlc and achievements unlocked. Not a complaint though because I mean it was free, but just an idea.

5 out of 5 eggsSWEET!!!

Pros: LOVE THIS GAME!!! The story line is great, the playable universe is extremely large (but not overwhelming like is typically the case)! The levels aren't too large so as to be frustrating, and there are tons of missions and characters. You can carry more than 2 weapons at a time, there is a spectacular conversation system in place, where the decisions you make when speaking to people actually make a noticeable difference in the rest of the game...

Everything just blends together into an extremely streamlined package that looks so great! So far, I've been playing for a total of maybe 40 hours and there's still TONS of things left to do...

Cons: Running is annoying since he only runs for about 2 seconds before walking again. Other than that...this game ROCKS!!!

Other Thoughts: Buy this game! You will not regret it!

5 out of 5 eggsawesome game! i love science fiction

Pros: well the graphics are totally awesome and the story is very interesting as i love science fiction..my very first game was crysis 2 which i played endlessly, this game is a bit different though, more complex..i like being able to choose my correct gender, first time for that..i really didnt like the idea of playing as a guy in other games i played..even got to choose my makeup and hair style,haha..this game is fun to play..you will never loose interest in it

Cons: too many long cut scenes but this is common now i guess

Other Thoughts: this game is awesome to play if your machine can handle it..i would recommend a quad core cpu with sli crossfire graphics

5 out of 5 eggsa lot of game for little $

Pros: decent storyline, plays well when patched, good voice acting, good graphics, good action. compares very well to ME1.

Cons: you really need to play ME1 first and import your player form ME1 for full effect.

some of the best NPC's from ME one have only cameo roles in ME2.

there are a few graphics glitches where the animations/movements are not 100% some MPCs don't walk like a real human would. sort of a gorilla like walk it is brief but just looks wrong. minor but annoying to watch.

you'll also need to patch up the game.

Other Thoughts: played fine on ati hd4870 and currently with a ge force 550 TI, win 7-64.

this value version is the best cause it don't have much in the way of DRM it logs in a number code and your done. no origin software to make a mess like me3.

it takes a good 30-40 hours to play through. it is quite the bang for buck in video games. i think you'll like it.

overall it is a good game with many hours of play, no stability problems or crashes on my set up .

5 out of 5 eggsFavorite PC game

Pros: As a gamer of 15 years, I really do think that this game has some of the best story telling elements I've ever experienced. I've never played a scifi/fantasy game that sucks you into the story and environments quite like this one.
-Plays well on underpowered graphics cards (used the Intel HD 4000 graphics on my i5-3570k to play at 720p and lowered details)
-immersive environments
-great story
-choices affect outcome of the outcome of the game
-less than $10 on sale

Cons: -I wish it was longer
-It really helps if you continued a save the 1st game. It really fills in gaps and references.

Other Thoughts: The first time I played ME2, I started from scratch. This game is so great that even before I finished it, I immediately purchased ME1 (much more of an RPG than ME2, definitely slower, but still good) just so I could play the game again and get the full experience. This is the type of game that I could recommend to anybody that enjoys shooters, RPGs, scifi settings, or excellent stories.

1 out of 5 eggsdisappointing

Pros: I really wanted to like this game...I'm s a scifi nut from way back. The graphics were adequate. The story was nothing special...just a warmed over first person shooter game that was mostly indistinguishable from 70 others after the first pass.

Cons: for the PC version - very bad keyboard controls....not possible to substitute a hand controller....you are stuck banging around on the w a s d keys and hunting for random odd keys and numbers at the most inconvenient times....very unsatisfactory controls

Other Thoughts: I got stuck on a level early on and just couldn't advance no matter what I tried...no doubt most of you will be more adept and dedicated than I am....I play to enjoy the game and it should flow easier and advance without having to pull teeth. Maybe I'm just a bozo looking to enjoy a good story line...but there are many like me...and there should be a bozo level control so we can get something out of the game also......I would avoid the PC version of this game altogether...maybe the Xbox version is more natural in flow and control
