1 out of 5 eggsNot a good experience

Pros: Compact size

Cons: According to D-Link technical support this does not work with a cable router/modem. They tried for 3 hours to connect. Will be returning.

5 out of 5 eggsWorked great after I installed it.

Coming Soon!

Pros: Bought this for my existing wired/wireless D-link system. Needed a wireless with RJ45 cable input access point in another part of the home to run my outdoor camera. The camera is not wireless but I have the camera hooked up to the one RJ45 plug and set the D-link DAP-1350 into the Wireless Clint Mode and bingo works like a champ. My main wired/wireless router is a DGL-4500

Cons: None..

5 out of 5 eggsPERFECT as an Access Point

Pros: This will work as one of three devices. I needed an access point in a part of the house that my wireless router wouldn't reach. After setting up the device it has been on 24/7 and we have a very strong signal! We can now stream movies from my media server at will!

Cons: NONE!

Other Thoughts: Although I didn't buy mine from Newegg I'm recommending a friend to do so. They have a "dead spot" in their house and I'll set theirs up the same way I set up mine.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great as a WiFi Client

Pros: Works great as a WiFi client. It allows converting WiFi to wired Ethernet. We then further converted the wired ethernet out of the DAP-1350 to Parallel printer port using D-Link DP-301P+ adapter. So, after we connected to our WiFi network, we then "manual" clone the DP-301P+ MAC address to the DAP-1350, assign a static IP on the DP-301p+, connected then with an ethernet patch cable and it was ready for wireless printing to any parallel printer. We only needed 2 extra power outlets next to any printer for the 2 power adapters that power these network adapters.

Cons: We had to reset to factory defaults through reset hole a few times while testing different configurations. Does not come with latest firmware, although you can download and install from D-Link web site.

Other Thoughts: This small WiFi adapter together with the D-Link DP-301P+ parallel to Ethernet adapter allowed a WiFi network connection to an Autobag PI 412c bagger printer from Automated Packaging Systems which only had a parallel printer port. This is working stable in one of the production lines in our company. Compare about 110 dollars for the 2 adapters allowing wireless printing to over 450 dollars for an OEM wired only ethernet adapter for this same printer from manufacturer above. Big $aving$ per printer requiring just some tech configuration.
