Pros: This works like a switch should - you never know its there - it just works. It pushes and pulls data to/from my home built NAS at near full gigabit speeds (100+ MB/s). It is never a bottleneck. Also, my wife has her work IP phone hooked directly to this router - and spends 5-6 hours/day on the phone - works day in/out without any issues.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: For the speed test I have my desktop on one side of the router (i5-3570k, Samsung 840 Pro 256 GB), and on the NAS side I built a system using FreeNAS (quad-core Athlon, with 4 Western Digital Black 2.5" 750GB in a Raid-Z). The router governing everything is another works-like-a-boss component, a D-Link DIR-655 with the latest firmware.

Pros: Small, Light (plastic), thats the way I like it, ah huh, ah huh. Plugged in,Turned On and working fine. Because of warning comments I will run this only and go back to my 5 pluger if I have to. Lights are just the right color and brightness for me. Blinking is not noticeable, unless I want to see it.

Cons: No problems for me.

Other Thoughts: Wanted this because Im not into wi fi I prefer the cords.

Pros: Speed, price, ease of install

Cons: Reliability.

Other Thoughts: My switch stopped working after a month. I am in the RMA process now and the manufacturer is making me pay return shipping. I'll end up spending the time and $5-10 on shipping to return something I paid $19.99 for.

Pros: Ok for the price but starting to fail around the end of the warranty.

Cons: The housing of the switch is cheap plastic and the ports are now starting to die at the end of the warranty.

Other Thoughts: My next purchase will not be from this the manufacturer.

Pros: Works when it works.

Cons: Freezes connection intermittently. I had to resort to removing the power and then reconnecting it just to get some continuity. Not sure what to do with this device.

Pros: Gives me cheap 1000gb connectivity

Cons: this was replacing a 10/100 switch that has been working with no issues for years. Out of box all shiny and new. Plug into UPS no power. Plug into dirty power (wall outlet) power light blinks. Connect any device to it you get nothing. calling this puppy DOA

Other Thoughts: unable to find any docs on blinking green light for power. Going with switch is toast.

Cons: 4 out of 8 ports didn't work when I got it!!! Got it on sale for $20, plugged it in and it didn't work. Not going to pay $11 to ship it back to Newegg and get it replaced. Trendnet won't take it since it hasn't been 30 days yet. Not happy!

Cons: None

Pros: Cheap! Got 5 of them for $19.99 each, can't complain. They work just fine. Light plastic housing let's me place them on the wall using double sided tape. Cables off the floor prevents accidents.

Cons: Only downside is the cable length of the power pack is a bit short.
