2 out of 5 eggsOkay

Pros: Quiet
Rubber grommets keep it quiet

Cons: The boxes smelled like fish, but I'm not sure that's entirely Rosewill's fault.
One of the fans was DOA. It would spin about a tenth of an inch, and stop.
Short power cable.
Rubber grommets are ANNOYING to install.

Other Thoughts: I don't really want to return it and get a replacement since I have another replacement fan, just don't see anything special about these.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat fan; it delivers

Pros: I bought this as a replacement fan I already had. The old fan was fine, but I needed a very silent fan that can be controlled by the MoBo instead of a pre-set speed fan. My AsRock MoBo controls this fan really well, and by making adjustments to the temperature-dependent fan speed control, I reduced the speed coming from my home server significantly.
Great price/performance ratio; I may get another one for an office desktop.

Cons: The stringy connectors feel like they would break during installation, but they held on well. This is not quite a con, but you may want to pay attention while installing so you don't snap these slingy things.

4 out of 5 eggsThey do the job

Pros: Good 120MM fans.
600-1300rpm
Not loud at all.

Cons: None, yet.

Other Thoughts: I purchased four of these fans in May 2013 which two are on a cooler master hyper 212 evo, another pushes air out the rear of my case. the forth fan is a backup fan in the event of bearing, fan, failure. The system runs around four hours a day and after five months the bearings are starting to go out in the rear fan. It's still running and may last several years in this condition. Waiting for it to cease up before replacing it with the backup.

I can recommend these fans without a doubt, the other two I've not had a single problem from, two are pwm controlled while the rear fan runs at 1,300 constantly to push out the warm air. I did remove one egg because the fan started to fail within one year.

3 out of 5 eggsOkay but...

Pros: Inexpensive.

Cons: Installation.

Other Thoughts: Fan is quiet and certainly priced right. 4-wire control. Moves only modest amount of air but, if you wanted more, you shouldn't be looking here. Rubber mounts were tricky. Used lube and still had to pull VERY hard to pull through fan holes. Fan holes seem too small. Was pretty sure mounts would break during install but fortunately, I got lucky. So, I'm satisfied overall.

5 out of 5 eggsBest bang for the buck 4 pin pwm fan!

Pros: The air flow to noise ration is fantastic on this fan. I can tell that it has a long life bearing just by spinning it. It has that stop and shake at the end. Sleeved cable that is a fair length.

Cons: Doesn't hit the high rpms. I mean the whole point of a pwm fan is that the speed can adjust, and even at the highest speed this fan isn't that fast. Then again sometimes that can be a benefit .

Other Thoughts: This is a really good fan, especially if you are going for a quiet system. If you are going for high performance, and don't care about noise then you might want to look elsewhere.

4 out of 5 eggsGood, but not perfect

Pros: Bought two of these based on great reviews and a great price. They are certainly quite good for the price (even the retail price), but they aren't great.

Cons: The mounting system is sub-par. Not only could I not properly mount the fans on the rubber grommets in the compact space in which I was mounting the fans (top of ultra-narrow case), the grommets I was able to use snapped when I tried to remove the fans. The fact that Rosewill doesn't include regular screws is really surprising. Perhaps they've started including them, but luckily I had some extras on hand.

Other Thoughts: These fans don't push a lot of air, even compared to fans at the same RPM. They are very quiet, though. I probably wouldn't use them again as intake fans due to the lack of airflow, but they're probably fine as exhaust fans.

5 out of 5 eggsA nice, quiet fan.

Pros: Just bought 4 of these to put in my antec 300 case. They are amazingly quiet for their speed, and do exactly as they are advertised as far as airflow, and rpms are concerned. They move a LOT of air. I had no trouble with the rubber pins. They all fit snugly, and none of them broke during install. All fans arrived in working condition and none have slowed down as of yet. Installation was a snap. Manufacturing quality is sound. So far I am happy PC tech. 5 eggs all around.

Cons: The rubber pins don't fit the case screw holes quite as snugly as I would like, and they are mildly difficult to remove from the fans once installed, (I accidentally put one in backwards, and had to remove and reinstall it). This was not enough for me to remove an egg though.

Other Thoughts: Hope they last as long as they say. Will update this review in the future.
